Roles for the VICKZ RNA binding protein in development and cancer

We have examined the role of these proteins in regulating neural crest emigration in the developing chick embryo, in cancer cells migrating in culture, and in mouse models for cancer progression and metastasis. VICKZ proteins play essential, context-dependent roles in each of these systems, and, given their restricted, primarily oncofetal expression patterns, represent attractive targets for directed therapies against cancer. 欢迎广大师生踊跃参加！
