3 目標 ◆參考著名之e-Procurement系統，建立「辦公用品線上採購系統」企業流程，並發展核心流程之Demo System。
◆企業流程建構採用INCOME4 ，除e-Procurement系統本身外，尚包含與買方、賣方後端系統(ERP)間之B2B整合。 ◆以ASP搭配Access Database發展核心流程之Demo System ，產出XML資料檔案作為B2B系統整合之橋樑。

24 特色與結論 ◆e-Procurement系統特別適用於辦公室耗材、 MRO(Maintenance， Repairs ， Operations) 、差旅、辦公設備等項目之採購，本研究選擇「辦公用品」項目，因其流程較為單純，適合作為探討e-Procurement系統的切入點。 ◆經過本研究企業流程建構及核心流程Demo System之實作後，對於B2B系統整合和更複雜系統之分析、 建置， 已具備良好的基礎。
