91年1月22日教育部/國科會 協調會議決議，『九十二年度 起教育部/國科會不再編列 引進電子資源補助經費』 On Jan. 22, 2002, the MOE/NSC decided in a joint meeting that, starting in 2003, the subsidy from both MOE and NSC will no longer be available. 2002/11/14

15 未來定位 - 由政府單位執行 Future Positioning – Operated by Government Organization
在CONCERT架構下 成立『全國聯盟管理中心』為最高行政督導單位，由 國科會或教育部所屬單位負責，設置各作業中心(以既有聯盟為基礎) 政府編列預算支應必要支出 優點 政府統籌,資源充裕 資源容易整合、協調、分配 Under the CONCERT umbrella Nationwide Consortia Administration Center (MOE or NSC); the current consortia will be major operation centers Budget comes from the government. Features The government budget bill will provide for centralized and adequate funding. Resources will be consolidated, managed, and allocated easily 2002/11/14

16 未來定位 - 由財團法人單位執行 Future Positioning – Operated by Statutory Body
在CONCERT架構下 成立『全國聯盟管理中心』為最高行政督導單位，由 中華圖書資訊館際合作協會擴展或另設單位負責 採會員制, 收取會費支應 必要支出 優點 組織發展及資源運用較有 彈性 Under the CONCERT umbrella Nationwide Consortia Administration Center (Interlibrary Cooperation Association – ILCA or any other organization can be the center) Budget comes from membership fees Feature The operation as well as the budget and resources collected will be used more flexibly 2002/11/14
