6 Great love and mercy that come from above will melt our cold hearts

The 1st Blessing: v.3  Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven

33 太18:3-4 「我實在告訴你們：你們若不回轉，變成小孩子的樣式，斷不得進天國 4所以，凡自己謙卑像這小孩子的,他在天國裡就是最大的
Matthew 18:3-4  And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

34 第二個“福”: v.4哀慟的人有福了！因為他們必得安慰
The 2nd Blessing: v.4  Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted

The 5th Blessing: v.7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.

Matthew 9:13 But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

The 6th Blessing: v.8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

I Peter 1:22  Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, love one another deeply, from the heart.

Hebrews 12:14  Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.

The 7th Blessing: v. 9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God

II Cor 5:18-19 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.
