3 求职信是发信人向用人单位申请工作时写的一种申请信要求不仅要把文章组织的有条有 理、逻辑严谨和得体，而且在语言上要严谨、规范和得体，避免使用“you see, I mean, I need the job badly, well”等。 信的安排可分为三大部分。 一、开头部分：写明获得招聘消息的来源，表明对这封工作的极大兴趣。 二、正文部分：证明自己有能力胜任这个职位，一般叙述自己的品质、资历、能力和能够胜任该职位所具备的条件。如学校所开设的相关课程、社会实践、工作经历等。这部分内容要如实、具体，对优点不夸大、 不过分渲染，也不要过于谦虚，甚至自贬，同时亦不要空洞地说自己如何行、如何好（要有细节尽量列出具体的成绩和具体的工作经历。还可以写出写应聘的原因和获得这个职位的目的等。 三、结尾部分：真诚地表达自己的希望和打算，恳求对方对自己的盛情予以考虑。

10 My name is Wang Shan, an ordinary school girl studying in Beijing Yang Guanag School. I’m 16 years old, which is often, compared to “the season of flowers”. And I actually own some personalities of blooming flowers: vigorous, happy and out-going. I’m keen on music and photography, especially fond of the works about peace and friendship.
