We, have to work hard to attain this. We, must adopt a different attitude about our body and spirit, then the world we live in. 我們，不是我們的身體，必須掌握控制權。 我們，必須努力去獲取這一個控制權。 我們，必須採用一種與世界不同的態度來看我們的肉體和靈。

We, not our bodies must be in control. We, have to work hard to attain this. Like our bodies our spirit (thoughts) must be under our control. Holiness begins in the mind. We, must adopt a different attitude about our body and spirit, then the world we live in. 我們，不是我們的身體，必須掌握控制權。 我們，必須努力去獲取這一個控制權。 像我們的肉身一樣，我們的靈（思想）必須受我們的控制。 聖潔是從思維開始。 我們，必須採用一種與世界不同的態度來看我們的肉體和靈。
