Renting a Place to Live - The Hunt 找房子
對話 Rob：I need your help, Larry. 羅伯：賴瑞，我需要你的協助。 Larry：What is it? 賴瑞：什麼事？ Rob：My mom asked me to move out. She wants to turn my room into her very own yoga studio. 羅伯：我媽媽要我搬出去。她要將我的房間變成她的瑜珈房。 Larry：That's too bad. What are you going to do? You can't move in with me. 賴瑞：這真是太糟糕了。你要怎麼辦？你不能搬來跟我住啊。 Rob：I know. I'm going to find a place of my own. 羅伯：我知道。我要自己找個地方住。 Larry：What type of place are you looking for? 賴瑞：你想找什麼樣的地方呢？ Rob：I'd like a one-bedroom, rooftop apartment with a view. Hopefully, it will be located near the MRT. Oh, and it has to be under $5,000 a month. 羅伯：我想找一間臥房的頂樓套房，景觀良好 。最好在捷運附近。一個月得低於5000元。 Larry：Get real. You're not going to find anything at that price. 賴瑞：你實際一點吧。以這種價錢你是找不到房子的。 Rob：Maybe my mother will increase my allowance when I move out. After all, I'll be 33 years old next week. 羅伯：或許等我搬出去之後，我媽會多給我一些零用錢。畢竟，我下個星期就33歲了。
