1 10/12 今天的学习目标 (Today’s Learning Objectives)
I can speak, write and use the adverb, 又 yòu (again). I can speak, write and use the adverbs 可是 kěshì/但是dànshì (but, however). I can speak, read and use the adjective, 糟糕 zāogāo (how terrible). I can give a weather report. Review Chinese weather terms.

2 又 yòu again (adverb) 昨天下雨，今天又下雨了。 我星期六去滑冰，星期日又去滑冰。 妈妈刚才给我打电话，现在又给我打电话。
Zuó tiān xià yǔ jīn tiān yòu xià yǔ le 昨天下雨，今天又下雨了。 Wǒ xīngqí liù qù huábīng, xīngqí rì yòu qù huábīng 我星期六去滑冰，星期日又去滑冰。 Māmā gāngcái gěi wǒ dǎ diànhuà, xiànzài yòu gěi wǒ dǎ diànhuà 妈妈刚才给我打电话，现在又给我打电话。

3 又 yòu again (adverb) 她家又大又漂亮。 那个电影又好笑又很有意思。 这个电脑又好又便宜 (cheap)。
Tā jiā yòu dà yòu piàoliàng 她家又大又漂亮。 Nàgè diànyǐng yòu hǎoxiào yòu hěn yǒuyìsi 那个电影又好笑又很有意思。 Zhège diànnǎo yòu hǎo yòu piányí 这个电脑又好又便宜 (cheap)。

5 出去 chū qù (go out) 买 东西 我想出去买东西。 buy things/stuff
mǎi dōngxi 买 东西 buy things/stuff xiǎng mǎi dōngxi 我想出去买东西。 I want to go out to do shopping.

6 可是 kěshì; 但是dànshì (but, however)
xīngbākè 你喜不喜欢星巴克？ tài quì 喜欢是喜欢，可是太贵了！ 你喜不喜欢春天？ cháo shī 喜欢是喜欢，可是太潮湿了！

xīngbākè 你喜不喜欢星巴克？ gèng mài dān dàng láo 喜欢是喜欢，可是我更喜欢麦丹/当 劳！ 你喜不喜欢春天？ gèng 喜欢是喜欢，可是我更喜欢夏天！

zhēn 今天的天气真糟糕！ 我PSAT考得真糟糕！

9 糟了 zāo le how terrible (adjective)
糟了！下雨了！ chí dào 糟了！我要迟到了！

10 糟 bad 糕 pastry/cake 蛋糕 cake 生日蛋糕 birthday cake
