1 蛋白質交互作用資料庫、 網路拓樸分析與藥物標的搜尋 Protein Interactome, Topological Analysis on Complex Network for Identification of Drug Target 分析流程圖/Hubba 透過Hubba/ Cytohubba 介面與平台,以拓樸分析找出複雜生物網路中的關鍵分子與交互次網路,並可利用此一介面,將與特定疾病或是調控機制相關的基因/蛋白質列表輸入,將可以找出與這些疾病或是調控機制相關,不在表列中的隱藏分子,這些分子將可作為新的藥物開發標的。 此外研究團隊亦將 Hubba 的分析功能整合成為 Cytoscape 的 plug-in – cytoHubba,以提供更高效能的分析。藉由 Cytoscape 的平台,不但可以很方便地分析蛋白質交互作用網路,也能進一步與其他 Cytoscape plugins 的功能整合。經由 Cytoscape 的輔助與其軟體能見度,cytoHubba 得以提供更多生物學家對龐大的基因網路,採取更精闢、便利的分析,進而提升生物網路分析的準確度! Here we also constructed a topological analyzer for complex network named as Hubba / cytohubba to identify the essential nodes and the relationships among them. Objectives of our work are to improve our understanding of the puzzle during development stage, carcinogenesis and infectious mechanism, and to furthermore introduce a new paradigm for the diagnosis and treatment of human disease to revolutionize current medical services delivered. Or submit a list of nodes to find those complexes they involved.
