2 為屬靈生命而競賽的人生（24-27節） 9:24 豈不知在場上賽跑的都跑，但 得獎賞的只有一人？你們也當 這樣跑，好叫你們得著獎賞。 9:25 凡較力爭勝的，諸事都有節制， 他們不過是要得能壞的冠冕； 我們卻是要得不能壞的冠冕。

3 9:26 所以，我奔跑不像無定向的； 我鬥拳不像打空氣的。 9:27 我是攻克己身，叫身服我， 恐怕我傳福音給別人， 自己反被棄絕了。

4 1. 許多人都會參加比賽， 但得獎只有一人 Tons of people compete, but how many people will get the prize?

5 I Corinthians 9:24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run (Imperative) in such a way as to get the prize.

6 2. 許多人都會參加比賽， 但卻有不同的賞賜 9:25 凡較力爭勝的，諸事都有節制， 他們不過是要得能壞的冠冕； 我們卻是要得不能壞的冠冕。

7 I Corinthians 9:25 Everyone who completes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.

8 3. 許多人都會參加比賽，但最後 才看出成敗及其原因 9:26 所以，我奔跑不像無定向的； 我鬥拳不像打空氣的。 9:27 我是攻克己身，叫身服我，恐怕 我傳福音給別人，自己反被棄絕了。

9 I Corinthians 9:26-27 Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air (v. 26). No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize (v.27).

10 How can we achieve the goal?
a. The don’ts 節制:「凡較力爭勝的，諸事都有節制」 規矩:「人若在場上比武，非按規矩， 就不能得冠冕。」(提後二5) b. The Do’s 定向: 「奔跑/ 鬭拳」 嚴格訓練:「攻克己身，叫身服我」
