2 About Daxi Wood Ecomusem (WE museum)
It is the first museum in Taiwan which touts the word “Eco”. Ecomuseum: a museum that emphasizes the integration between local communities and the preservation of cultural assets. It is the only museum in western Taiwan without walls, besides those in Yilan and Kinmen. Origin: 1996 The buildings are renovated in different stages according to their age, which will also incorporate the local historical streets and houses to convert Daxi to a cultural museum. 5 時間 行程 備註 13:00~ 13:45 四連棟 ■主題：大溪人．生活與歷史 →四連棟為大溪百年警政宿舍群之一，展設以多變的風貌記錄大溪的生活軌跡。 13:45~ 14:00 武德殿 ■主題：記憶再生-武徳殿展演 →大溪武德殿舉辦「記憶再生-武徳殿展演」，針對武徳殿的建築以及它在大溪的故事，我們做了研究及展覽。 14:00~ 14:30 新南老街 ■主題：新南老街生活圈 →新南老街為大溪的老街群之一，裡頭有重要建築建城商行，以及新南12及蘭室等街角館精彩生活圈。 14:30~ 15:00 自行參觀 引導貴賓至和平老街自行參觀。

8 If you cannot participate…
Acceptable condition: you have legitimate reasons for the absence. Must-do: report the absence before Monday April 16th and get the approval. Make-up plan: to visit a CCI place by yourself, take photos, and complete the field-trip report by the deadline. ABSENCE WITHOUT PERMISSION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO THE MAKE-UP WORK!
