6 Summary1 How Does Eating a Healthy Breakfast Affect the Way a Person's Body Works in the Morning? 有沒有健康吃早餐將會影響到你的精神狀態及生理狀態。 吃營養均衡的早餐,可以幫助你管理自己的體重及讓血糖 水準恢復正常,能讓自己在整個上午的工作或學校裡集中精神, 更有效率處理問題,甚至降低一些膽固醇和心臟疾病的風險。 夜晚無法進食補充能量,如果在早上不吃早餐,可能會感 到痛、精神錯亂、疲勞和虛弱與低血糖。

Despite the live of university is more relaxed than senior high school .We often feel tired than before. By making this report , we finally know the thing we lost breakfast . We always walk outside when the class bill ring. So, we don’t have much time to prepare our breakfast .It cause us tired and hungry . From now on, we will eat breakfast regularly .To make us more healthy.

10 Conclusion 一天中的第一餐,看起來似乎不太重要,事實 上有豐富又營養的早餐,可以影響我們一天的體力 與精神,俗話說:「早餐吃得好,午餐吃得飽,晚 餐吃得少,身體健康沒煩惱。」 好吃的早餐,豐富我們的生活,宜大的周圍有 各式各樣的早餐店隨你選,別浪費這樣的資源囉!

11 Reflection   由於時間逼近期末,大家各自都有不同科目 的期末報告,於是我們小組討論時間並不多,幾 乎都是在網路上討論,再把收集好的資料一併寄 給統整的同學,雖然忙碌,但是大家都樂在其中, 充分利用小組中的分工合作,每個人都盡力將自 己的工作完成,並配合其他組員,同時也在自己 的部分學習英文。   藉由這次的報告,我們學到很多,謝謝老師 及助教的指導,讓我們用不同的方式學習英文, 對英文更有興趣,且讓自己的英文更進一步!
