3 保障範圍 保險種類： 學生人身意外保險 保險期： 2009年 至 2010年

4 保障範圍(續) 保障內容：此保險計劃償付受保學生於保單有效期内，因意外引致之 死亡， 永久傷殘或 受傷之醫療診治費用；

5 保障範圍(續) 保障內容： 保障受保學生於每個正常上課天離家直接上學開始，直至下課後回家或離開學校， 香港居住 ― 兩小時後終止
香港境外居住 ― 四小時後終止 以較先者為準

6 保障範圍(續) 保障內容： 同時保障受保學生離家直接前往集合地點，參與由學校安排或經學校認可之活動開始，直至活動結束，受保學生回家或離開活動場地， 香港居住 ― 兩小時後終止 香港境外居住 ― 四小時後終止 以較先者為準

7 保障金額 死亡： 每名學生每保單年度 最高賠償額HK$200,000

8 保障金額(續) 永久傷殘： 每名學生每保單年度 最高賠償額HK$200,000 按「死亡及傷殘償付表」內之身體部位及比例計算

9 保障金額(續) 醫療診治費用： 每名學生每次意外 最高賠償額HK$10,000 包括跌打 / 針灸(上限HK$2,000) 索償次數不限

10 保障金額(續) 意外燒傷： 補償第2級及第3級意外燒傷 最高賠償額HK$75,000

11 保障範圍(續) 受保地域： 全球 總賠償額上限： 每所學校每保單年度 HK$40,000,000

12 保障範圍(續) 延伸保障： 食物中毒 恐怖主義襲擊 中暑 ― 若因中暑導致死亡，將獲死亡保障的50%賠償

13 主要不保事項 自殺、企圖自殺或故意自殘身體； 墮胎、流產、懷孕或分娩；
任何投保前已存在的，先天性的或遺傳性的「疾病」或「身體損傷」；精神或神經失常或錯亂；受酒精或藥物影響之行為； 愛滋病(AIDS)或於HIV抗體測試中呈陽性反應、性病等；

14 主要不保事項(續) 參加跳傘、滑翔翼、跳臺滑雪、冰上曲棍球、輔以供氣裝備的水底活動、輔以裝備之攀山活動、職業性運動；
身體檢查、美容或整形外科手術。牙科護理及牙齒修補(由意外引起除外)； 核子武器、核子燃料或其燃燒後產生的廢料所致輻射能的沾染； 所有保障限於意外發生後12個月內償付。

18 理賠服務承諾 Marsh達信風險管理及保險服務(香港)有限公司協調理賠服務經驗豐富，學生意外保險的索賠手續簡單，運作快捷。
達信經常監察承保公司的服務質素，承諾每宗個案於索償文件齊備後十個工作天內，保證可將賠款自動轉賬至受傷學生家長之指定銀行賬戶。
