First of all…… Congratulations!! You’ve got the courage to take the challenge of forming an English Study Group!

3 Basic Assignments 各小組自訂自學主題，並自行設計syllabus 安排小組自學內容及meeting時間
每週撰寫 Weekly Report 三次Checks，以利了解各組自學進度 成果驗收: Learning Achievement Contest

8 小組注意事項 Attendance : 全程參與! 說明會, Weekly meeting 及三次check皆要全員到齊且不遲到早退。
Participation: Your learning achievements will highly depend on how much effort you want to make on this study group. Even Job Distribution: Make sure every group member takes turns playing and learning from each role.

9 Weekly Report 紀錄每週自學後的收穫、心得、所遇到的困難等。並可附上使用的worksheet, handouts, quiz sheet, or PPT handouts. 每週準時繳交weekly report至BB系統的「991英語自學小組」課程。 若未按時繳交weekly report，將由候補小組遞補,並會失去領取自學獎學金的資格 Weekly Report Worksheet Weekly Report Sample

10 Three Checks–Check 1 & 2 今天應登記可check的時間 於第6週(Check 1)、第8週 (Check 2)進行
請準備3~5分鐘之英文口頭報告: What went well? What did not? What do we plan to do next? Check進行時，請作會議紀錄，會後打字並上傳至自學小組的BB平台。 Check記錄表

12 Three Checks–Check 3 於第11週進行(不論是否有參加期末成果發表競賽)
可與counseling teachers討論是否參加 【期末成果發表競賽】 Check 3 為一個非正式的presentation, 時間為4-5分鐘，可以當作期末成果發表比賽的rehearsal 本次小型成果發表可搭配PPT 徵詢諮詢老師的意見

13 期末成果發表比賽 Learning Achievement Contest
時間: 初賽：12月 7 日星期二上午10:00~11:50 決賽：12月14日星期二上午10:00~11:50 方式: 各組輪流上台報告自學成果; 小組成員均須上台 各組報告時間限 6 分鐘 各組可自由選擇是否參加初賽；參加初賽表現優異者得參加決賽 Final Presentation Sample

14 Digital Portfolio Digital portfolio: 可包括Weekly reports, Check、自學使用教材、自學會議進行流程、自學開會討論紀錄，或自編講義及測驗等文字記錄。 必須繳交的： 1. Weekly Reports(8 weeks) 2. Check 1~3 紀錄表 3. 成果發表比賽的PPT及其他相關資料 把所有資料分門別類放好，讓它們更具完整性! 請將所有檔案燒成光碟，給語言中心121辦公室陳瑩珊小姐。

15 獎勵辦法 (I) 全程完成, 按時繳交weekly report,以及完成三次和諮詢老師的查核之小組可得獎學金$1500元＋個人獎狀＋自學戳章15枚。 報名參加初賽之小組獎學金：自學完成獎學金$1500元＋報名初賽獎勵金$500+個人獎狀＋自學戳章15枚 。

16 獎勵辦法 (II) 進入決賽之小組獎學金： 第一名：$3200 (含：自學完成獎學金$1500元＋報名初賽獎勵金$500+第一名獎學金$1200+個人獎狀＋自學戳章15枚); 第二名：$3000 (含：自學完成獎學金$1500元＋報名初賽獎勵金$500+第二名獎學金$1000+個人獎狀＋自學戳章15枚); 第三名：$2800 (含：自學完成獎學金$1500元＋報名初賽獎勵金$500+第三名獎學金$800+個人獎狀＋自學戳章15枚); 第四名：$2600 (含：自學完成獎學金$1500元＋報名初賽獎勵金$500+第四名獎學金$600+個人獎狀＋自學戳章15枚); 第五名：$2400 (含：自學完成獎學金$1500元＋報名初賽獎勵金$500+第五名獎學金$400+個人獎狀＋自學戳章15枚)。

如有臨時事項通知，將會以 方式告知。 Weekly report表格、三次check的表格及期末問卷調查表皆放在BB上供同學下載使用。
