暑期住宿申請流程 Summer Dorm Application Sign-up Guide

2 1 2 3 選擇申請項目 (Select Type)： 1、申請暑期住宿 Apply for Summer Dormitory
2、申請下學年單人房 Apply for Fall Semester Single Dorm Room 3、申請下年雙人房 Apply for Fall Semester Double Dorm Room

3 1 2 請詳細閱讀住宿法規 如果同意此規章，請按標示1處繼續申請，不同意請按標示2處離開
Please read the following Rules If you agree, click 1 to continue, else click 2 to leave

4 暑期保留原寢 目前住宿舍 ，暑期要繼續住在原寢室者，請點選此處進入 For students who want to keep their current room for the summer 暑期非原寢 目前沒有住宿舍，或是暑期不想住在目前床位，請點選此處進入 For students who do not want to keep their current rooms for the summer.

5 範例：暑期住宿保留原寢頁面 Example: Screenshot for students who want to keep their current housing arrangement for the summer Step1.選擇１人為一組或２人為一組保留目前寢室 Choose the number of people who want to remain in your current room. Step2.填寫資料 Enter your personal information Step3.確認資料是否正確 Click submit to confirm your information

6 範例：暑期住宿保留原寢頁面 Example: Screenshot for students who want to keep their current housing arrangement for the summer 若資料正確 ，且確定目前住校內，或2人組皆為同一間寢室，　則會在此處出現目前所住房間及房號 If your information is correct, your current housing arrangement will be displayed here 若確定暑期要繼續住，請點選此處 If the information shown is correct, click the send button.

7 範例：暑期住宿非保留原寢頁面 Example: Screenshot for students who do not want to keep their current housing arrangement for the summer 確認資料正確後 ，如果是由目前沒有住宿舍，或是暑期不想住在目前床位入口進入者（暑期非原寢入口），在此處則不會出現寢室資料 Nothing will be shown here if you are not keeping your original room for the summer 若確定暑期要申請住宿舍，請點選此處 If you are sure you want to apply for summer housing, click the send button.

8 請務必閱讀住宿法規重點摘要，且點選2處我已閱讀才能送出申請資料
Please read the rules and regulations carefully and check both (1)(2) of the “I agree” boxes 1 2 點選完後按此處送出申請 Click the Agree button on the bottom to submit your application.

9 1 2 此處會再次告訴你，你目前已完成哪些項目 申請完成後，系統會自動寄發 至所填寫信箱，也可至首頁申請名單中查詢 標示1處為繼續申請其他項目 標示2處為回首頁查詢申請名單 This page will show you what you have completed. After you have applied, the system will send you an to confirm your application. You can also check your application status online. Continue to Apply for other services Return to Home page to check application status.
