張忠謀對學習的看法 終身學習的第一要素 ─ 訂定目標 我認為每個人都需定下「一定要能跟得上所屬行業」的終生目標,不論是醫生、科學家、工程師,都要跟得上該行業的最新潮流。 倘若你不能隨時跟上最新發展,我看你不用10年、15年,就會面臨失業的危險,而身處科技、工程領域的人,職業壽命更短。 人人都該抱持職業壽命目標是:「無論身處何種行業,都要跟上潮流」。
張忠謀對學習的看法 第二個要素是「紀律」,也就是你對學習要下決心,決定要花多少時間來 從事終生學習,因為學習是一件相當嚴肅的事情。 想藉由聆聽得到學習效果,第一個必要條件是專心聽以提高聽的效率,第二個重點則在於你是 否能將聽到的內容,經過內化(Internalized)的過程。
張忠謀對學習的看法 終身學習的第三要素 ─ 有計畫 所謂的計劃是先設定你的長、短期目標,你要看什麼書、讀什麼雜誌、報紙,或是要跟誰說話 都要有計劃。 學校是培養求知心、學習習慣及思考能力的地方。 只要一個人快樂、滿足,有成就感,那他就是一個成功的人。
