决议流程 工作小组本身不会做 出决定，但会向中英 文堂值理会汇报。 The working group does not make decisions, but reports back to CCC and PCC.

To be St Martin’s partner in mission, not a source of income or an entirely separate church Representative/observer of SMITF PCC on charity trustees; representative/observer of Chinese congregation on SMITF PCC

St Martin’s estimated current office/worship space usage costs £20,000 per annum, and potentially reviewed every 2 years
