我為主被囚的勸你們：既然蒙召， 行事為人就當與蒙召的恩相稱。 Eph以弗所书 4：1 I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called Eph以弗所书 4：1
身體只有一個， 聖靈只有一個， 一主，一信，一洗，一神… one body and one Spirit– 正如你們蒙召同有一個指望。 一主，一信，一洗，一神… There is one body and one Spirit– just as you were called to one hope when you were called— one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God Eph以弗所书 4：4-6
所以經上說： 他升上高天的時候， 擄掠了仇敵， 將各樣的恩賜賞給人。 This is why it says: "When he ascended on high, he led captives in his train and gave gifts to men." Eph以弗所书 4:8
…..中了人的詭計和欺騙的法術，被一切異教之風搖動， 飄來飄去，就隨從各樣的異端…. … back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. Eph以弗所书 4：14
Be completely humble and gentle; 凡事謙虛、溫柔、忍耐 用愛心互相寬容 用和平彼此聯絡 竭力保守聖靈所賜 合而為一的心 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. Eph以弗所书 4:2-3

我們又在祂的領導之下， 整個身體（教會）的百肢 都是靠著這個頭（基督） 才得聯絡起來。 教會中每一個人都各按其職、 各盡所能，彼此相助， 教會便在愛中建立起來， 並且漸漸長大。 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. Eph以弗所书 4：15-16
亲爱的 让我们彼此相爱 因爱从神来 2x Beloved let us love one another for love is of God 2X
