過去進行式

一、核心概念 過去進行式 1. 過去進行式的特性：在過去某個時間，某個動作正在進行。 2. 使用過去進行式，be動詞使用過去式。 3. 否定句，直接在be動詞 後加 not. 4. 疑問句，直接把be動詞移到句子的前面，用yes/no回答。

二、基本句型 A 過去進行式 1. 使用過去進行式，be動詞使用was/were， 注意Be動詞與主詞的一致性。 I He was preparing dinner playing the piano mopping the floor then. at that time. at seven last night. 過去進行式 3.過去進行式疑問句，將be動詞移往句首即可。 Was Emma washing her clothes then? 4.過去進行式的問句回答，用Yes/No來回答。 回答可以使用簡答，也可以使用詳答。 Yes, she was washing her clothes then. = Yes, she was. No, she wasn’t washing her clothes then. = No, she wasn’t.

進階時間表示法

時間表示法 past/after中文解釋為在…之後的意思， 分針為30分鐘之前可以運用past/after表示。 It is + 數字 (分鐘) + after/past + 數字 (點鐘). 例如：fifteen past/after two 意思就是十五分鐘在兩點後，也就是兩點十五分的意思。因為a quarter 等於十五分鐘（四分之一），所以也可以寫成a quarter past/after two。而ten past eleven則為十一點十分的意思。

時間表示法 to中文解釋為到...的意思， 分針為30分鐘之後可以運用to表示。 例如：fifteen to two意思就是到兩點還有十五分鐘，也就是一點四十五分的意思。 因為a quarter 等於十五分鐘，所以也可以寫成a quarter to two。而ten to eleven則為十點五十分的意思。 It is + 數字 (分鐘差) + to + 數字 (下一個點鐘).
