The earliest transfor robots appeared in 1960 in the United States, the two styles of Versatran and Unimate robots were used for handling operations for the first time. Handling operation is that using a device to hold the workpiece, and moving the transfor robot can be fitted with different end actuators to perform various workpieces handling in different shapes and conditions.

At present, more than 100,000 transfor robots are used in automatic assembly line, palletizing, container and so on. SCARA robot is a horizontal multi-joint robot, and have faster work frequency，that is particularly suitable for handling goods in laboratory automation, medicine, consumer electronics, food, automotive, PC peripherals, semiconductors, plastics, home appliances and aerospace industry.
