Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all 103:1 我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！凡 在我裏面的，也要稱頌他的聖名！ Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. 103:2 我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！ 不可忘記他的一切恩惠！ Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: 103:3 他赦免你的一切罪孽，醫治你的一切疾病。 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

103:4 他救贖你的命脫離死亡， 以仁愛和慈悲為你的冠冕。 103:5 他用美物使你所願的得以知足， 以致你如鷹返老還童。 103:4 他救贖你的命脫離死亡， 以仁愛和慈悲為你的冠冕。 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; 103:5 他用美物使你所願的得以知足， 以致你如鷹返老還童。 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all 《大衛王向神的感恩》 103:1 我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！凡 在我裏面的，也要稱頌他的聖名！ Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. 103:2 我的心哪，你要稱頌耶和華！ 不可忘記他的一切恩惠！ Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; 《How ？～六大感恩》 1.赦免罪孽 forgiveth all iniquities 2.醫治疾病 healeth all diseases 103:3 他赦免你的一切罪孽， 醫治你的一切疾病。 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

3.永生救贖 redeemeth from destruction 4.愛的冠冕 crowneth with lovingkindness 103:4 他救贖你的命脫離死亡，以仁愛和慈悲 為你的冠冕。 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

5.供應滿足 satisfieth with good things 6.如鷹展翅 renewed like the eagle's 103:5 他用美物使你所願的得以知足，以致你 如鷹返老還童。 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

※神賜福感恩的心～ God Bless A Thankful Heart： 『我拿甚麼報答耶和華向我所賜的一切厚恩？ What shall I render unto the LORD for all his benefits toward me? 我要舉起救恩的杯，稱揚耶和華的名。』 I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD. 〈Ps.詩116:12.13 〉 ※上帝的住處：1.天上 2.感恩的心
