Psalm 33:20 Psalm 121:1-2 我們的心等候耶和華， 祂是我們的幫助、我們的盾牌。 We wait in hope for the LORD; he is our help and our shield. Psalm 121:1-2 我要向群山舉目， 我的幫助從哪裡來呢？ 我的幫助是從造天地的耶和華而來。 I lift up my eyes to the mountains —    where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD,  the Maker of heaven and earth.

Women: Let men understand logically or practically what he needs to do? Men: Show empathy – you understand her feeling FIRST
