27 你們哪一個能用思慮使壽數多加一刻呢(或譯:使身量多加一肘呢)? 25 Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
28 And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?
31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
馬太Ch.5-7 是一個大段落,通常被稱為『登山寶訓』(Sermon on the Mount) 馬太5:1-2 「耶穌看見這許多的人,就上了山,既已坐下,門徒到他跟前來,他就開口教訓他們,說…」 1 Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2 and he began to teach them.
6:27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? (Or single cubit to your height)
25 Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear... 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

所羅門王 King Solomon 士巴女王 (The Queen of Sheba) 詫異得神不守舍 (1 Kings 10:4-5) 就驚奇的不知所措 (新譯本) there was no more breath in her (ESV)
」 - John Stott
33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
(Proverbs 10:22) The blessing of the LORD makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it. (Psalm 37:25) I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.
34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
(新譯本) 22 The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases, his mercies never come to an end; 23 they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. (NRSV)
I Know Who Holds Tomorrow
