Main focus of this workshop 课程要点 Challenge - how to organize & protect workers rights in a market economy? 挑战——怎样在市场经济下将工人组织起来并且维护他们的权利？ Workshop will focus on 课程要点为 - initiatives being taken to strengthen management of unions (organizational structures and finance) 采取行动加强工会的管理（组织结构和财务） - enabling conditions for promoting organizing & trade unions in the work place. 创造条件，推动工作场所的工会组建和工会工作
