Hopefully, it will be located near the MRT. Oh, and it has to be under $5,000 a month. 羅伯：我想找一間臥房的頂樓套房，景觀良好 。最好在捷運附近。一個月得低於5000元。 Larry：Get real. You're not going to find anything at that price. 賴瑞：你實際一點吧。以這種價錢你是找不到房子的。 Rob：Maybe my mother will increase my allowance when I move out. After all, I'll be 33 years old next week. 羅伯：或許等我搬出去之後，我媽會多給我一些零用錢。畢竟，我下個星期就33歲了。
