4 Founded in 1994, China EXIM Bank is a state bank solely owned by the Chinese government and under the direct leadership of the State Council. The Bank is headquartered in Beijing. It has more than 22 business branches inside China, one branch and two representative offices outside China, namely the Paris Branch, the Representative Office for Southern and Eastern Africa and St. Petersburg Representative Office. It has established correspondent banking relationship with more than 1,300 banks. 14 中国进出口银行 境外项目 OVERSEAS INVESTMENT LOAN 境外投资贷款 ★ Loans catered for overseas investment in both RMB and FX support Chinese enterprise’s different types of overseas investment. 境外投资贷款是指中国进出口银行对我国企业各类境外投资项目所需资金提供的本、外币贷款。 ★ The facility covers payments and expenses caused in construction(acquisition) and operation including fixed asset investment, interest in construction period, project’s working capital and overseas equity investment(approved by domestic authorities) and prior period investment. 解决境外投资项目借款人自有资金以外的建设（或收购）资金和运营资金需求，包括固定资产投资、建设期 利息、项目所需流动资金和国家批准的境外股权投资，以及境外投资项目的前期费用等。 ★ The amount of the facility can be up to 70% of the total contract value. 可贷款金额原则上不超过借款人在境外投资项目中应出资额的 70% 。

16 中国进出口银行 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 境外投资贷信贷条件 ★ Period: up to 15 yrs including disbursement period 贷款期限最长一般不超过 15 年 ★ Interest Rate ： Fixed rate : Commercial rate 商业化的固定利率 Floating rate : LIBOR (London Inter-Bank Offered Rate) 浮动利率：伦敦同业拆借利率 6-month LIBOR plus margin, margin to be determined upon the risk factors, credit period and market conditions. 一般采用 6 个月的 LIBOR 加利差，利差根据风险因素、贷款期限和资金市场的状况来确定。

21 ABOUT SHANGHAI BRANCH 上海分行 ★ Shanghai branch was opened on 18 th Aug, 2001 as the first branch of China EXIM Bank. 2001 年 8 月 18 日开业，中国进出口银行第一家营业性分支机构。 ★ Shanghai branch is devoted to facilitating Shanghai’s “Two Centers”(international financial center and shipping center) plan and the development of Yangtze River Delta as a whole. 致力于上海 “ 两个中心 ” 建设和推动促进长三角经济区经济社会发展，主要服务上海市企业。
