2 写作讲解 基本要求： 写作部分的考试时间为30分钟。 要求考生在这一限定的时间内，根据题目要求写一篇100～120个词的英文短文。
所写短文要求主题明确、条理清楚、语言比较规范、无重大语法错误。 出现的基本都是提纲作文。

3 写作讲解 提纲作文： 即要求考生根据每段所给出的汉语提纲或英文提纲进行写作。 提纲作文给出的提纲一般包括三条内容，有的提纲是两条内容。
不管提纲是三条内容还是两条内容，考生最好都写成三段式的文章。

4 写作讲解 提纲式作文的写作要点： 1）确定文章主题 分析标题和所给的提纲，把握命题者的意图，确定文章的主题。利用好给出的关键字或者词。

如果给出的提纲是一句话，多数情况下这句话就是该段的主题句。如果给出的提纲不是一句话而是短语，那么就需要根据文章的主题，将该短语扩展成能够充当该段主题句的一句话。

围绕已经确定的主题句展开段落，使该段中的每个句子与主题句紧密联系。使段落中的每个句子都能为该段的主题服务，每个段落都为整篇文章的主题服务。
