Tips Kung fu, also known as Wu shu or martial arts, is one of the most well known examples of traditional Chinese culture. It is the earliest and longest lasting sports which utilize both brawn and brain. The theory of kung fu is based upon classical Chinese philosophy. When playing kung fu, people do not only exercise their bones and skin but also train their spirit, their Qi (气), and their mind. Today the popularity of Chinese kung fu, including Taiji (太极), Qigong (气功), etc., is not limited to China but has become a worldwide phenomenon.
