Some Possible Signs that You Are Way Too Busy:
You don’t have time to do the things you enjoy doing. You don’t have quality devotion time and/or quality alone time to de-stress You feel angry 憤怒, high-anxiety焦慮, or depressed 沮喪easily. You complain a lot about your schedule.. Those who are close to you start to complain. Your sleeping or eating pattern becomes irregular (always tired, or eating while doing something else)
