Its claimed activity is the binding and trapping of dietary fat, leading to fat excretion and weight loss without caloric restriction. We tested the fat-trapping capacity of a chitosan product in men and women.

8 Chitosan 蟹殼素 DESIGN: Participants (12 men, 12 women) were instructed to follow customized diet plans (five meals/day for 12 days). 實驗設計：男、女測試對象各 12人，按餐食建議進食，每天五餐，持續12天。 Time for fun! Oral charcoal markers defined two 4-day experimental periods.

Time for fun! The second number is the objective lens diameter - the diameter of the lens closest to the object being viewed - and gives you an indication of the binocular’s light-gathering power. The third number is the angle of view, which is the measurement in degrees of the area you will be able to see when looking through the binocular.

As the name implies, magnification is a measurement of binocular magnifying power. 顧名思義，放大率就是望遠鏡的放大能力。 An object viewed through a 10x binocular will appear 10 times larger than the same object viewed with the naked eye. 透過 10倍 望遠鏡觀看同一物體，大小為肉眼觀看的十倍。

It is important to remember, though, that as magnification increases, brightness and angle of view tend to decrease.

Time for fun! While it is true that larger objective lens will gather more light than a smaller objective lens if all other factors are equal, your best gauge of low-light performance is exit pupil size. Exit pupil size refers to the diameter of the image that emerges from the binocular eyepiece - the larger the image, the greater your ability to see in low-light situations. 出射瞳徑就是從望遠鏡目鏡出射的影像直徑。影像越大，在低光環境就越能看清楚。

Time for fun! This is because the pupils of your eyes dilate in low light, and the binocular's exit pupils must be at least as large as your own pupils to ensure superior low-light vision. Although an exit pupil size of 2 or 3 mm is sufficient for viewing objects in average daylight, look for binoculars with an exit pupil size 5 or 6 mm for dawn to dusk lighting, and 7 mm for nighttime viewing. 日間視物，望遠鏡的出射瞳徑有 2-3mm 已經足夠。要在昏暗環境使用，需要 5-6mm 的出射瞳徑，夜間視物則要有7mm。

Time for fun! Once inside the host cell the virus replicates itself. After replication, the virus leaves the host cell in search of another cell. As a result of the replication, the host cell is destroyed.
