Speed dating is an activity that is popular amongst older people in America that want to meet new people and maybe find a boyfriend/girlfriend.

For this all of the girls sit in a chair and different boys come and talk to them for a few minutes. When the timer goes off, the girls stay and the boys move.

Instructions Half the class will play the girls and the other half can play the boys. Every 3-5 minutes blow a whistle and have the “boys” move to another “girl.” The students should introduce themselves to each other and have a basic conversation (hobbies, school, movies, music, games, etc.)
