1 How to Bring an End to a Suffering?
馬太福音 Matthew 9:18-26

2 Would you rather have…? 12年的怪病. 12 years of a weird disease that has no cure: semi-physical pain, body is weak, inconvenient, always worried & emotionally stressed 2) 破產 Bankruptcy with no money left 3) 12年無法有社交生活. 12 years of no social life / isolation: no romantic relationship, no friends, and everyone looks down on you, no one wants to come close to you

3 Matthew 馬太 9:18-19 18 耶穌說這話的時候，有一個管會堂的來拜他，說：「我女兒剛才死了，求你去按手在她身上，她就必活了。」 19 耶穌便起來跟著他去；門徒也跟了去。 (和合本) 18 While He was saying these things to them, a synagogue official came and bowed down before Him, and said, “My daughter has just died; but come and lay Your hand on her, and she will live.” 19 Jesus got up and began to follow him, and so did His disciples. (NASB)

4 Matthew 馬太 9: 有一個女人，患了十二年的血漏，來到耶穌背後，摸他的衣裳繸子； 21 因為她心裡說：「我只摸他的衣裳，就必痊癒。」 22 耶穌轉過來，看見她，就說：「女兒，放心！你的信救了你。」從那時候，女人就痊癒了。 20 And a woman who had been suffering from a hemorrhage for twelve years, came up behind Him and touched the fringe of His cloak; 21 for she was saying to herself, “If I only touch His garment, I will get well.” 22 But Jesus turning and seeing her said, “Daughter, take courage; your faith has made you well.” At once the woman was made well.

5 Matthew 馬太 9: 耶穌到了管會堂的家裡，看見有吹手，又有許多人亂嚷， 24 就說：「退去吧！這閨女不是死了，是睡著了。」他們就嗤笑他。 25 眾人既被攆出，耶穌就進去，拉著閨女的手，閨女便起來了。 26 於是這風聲傳遍了那地方。 23 When Jesus came into the official’s house, and saw the flute-players and the crowd in noisy disorder, 24 He said, “Leave; for the girl has not died, but is asleep.” And they began laughing at Him. 25 But when the crowd had been sent out, He entered and took her by the hand, and the girl got up. 26 This news spread throughout all that land.

Mark 馬可福音 5:25-26 (NASB & 新譯本) 25有一個女人，患了十二年的血漏病，26在好些醫生手中受了許多痛苦，又花盡了她一切所有的，不僅毫無起色，反而更加沉重。 25A woman who had had a hemorrhage for twelve years, 26and had endured much at the hands of many physicians, and had spent all that she had and was not helped at all, but rather had grown worse-- 

14 利未記 Leviticus 女人若是在月經污穢期以外，血漏多日；或是月經污穢期過長，患有血漏症；她在這些血漏的日子是不潔淨的，好像她在月經污穢的日子不潔淨一樣 26她在血漏症的日子躺過的床，都像她在月經污穢時的床一樣；她所坐過的家具，都不潔淨，像月經污穢的時候一樣。 27觸摸這些東西的，都不潔淨；要洗淨自己的衣服，用水洗澡，並且不潔淨到晚上。 25 'Now if a woman has a discharge of her blood many days, not at the period of her menstrual impurity, or if she has a discharge beyond that period, all the days of her impure discharge she shall continue as though in her menstrual impurity; she is unclean. 26'Any bed on which she lies all the days of her discharge shall be to her like her bed at menstruation; and every thing on which she sits shall be unclean, like her uncleanness at that time. 27'Likewise, whoever touches them shall be unclean and shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening.

27 After hearing about Jesus, she came up in the crowd behind Him and touched His cloak. 27她聽見耶穌的事，就從後面來雜在人群中間，摸耶穌的衣服。 What is Your Crowd?

21 When Jesus had crossed over again in the boat to the other side, a large crowd gathered around Him; and so He stayed by the seashore. 21耶穌又坐船渡到那邊；還在海邊的時候， 有一大群人向他圍攏過來。 24 And [Jesus] went off with him, and a large crowd was following Him and pressing in on Him. 21耶穌又坐船渡到24耶穌就和他一起去了,一大群人跟著他，擁擠著他。 31And His disciples said to Him, "You see the crowd pressing in on You, and You say, 'Who touched Me?'" 31門徒對他說：「你看，這麼多人擁擠你， 你還問『誰摸我』嗎？」

34 Mark 5:28-29 28For she thought, "If I just touch His garments, I will get well." 29Immediately the flow of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of her affliction. 28因為她說：“只要摸到他的衣服，我就必痊愈。” 29於是她血漏的源頭立刻乾了，她在身體上感覺到病已經得了醫治。

35 Mark 5:30-31 30Immediately Jesus, perceiving in Himself that the power proceeding from Him had gone forth, turned around in the crowd and said, "Who touched My garments?"  31And His disciples said to Him, "You see the crowd pressing in on You, and You say, 'Who touched Me?'“ 30耶穌自己立刻覺得有能力從他裡面出去，就轉過身來對群眾說：「誰摸了我的衣服？」 31門徒對他說：「你看，這麼多人擁擠你，你還問『誰摸我』嗎？」

36 Mark 5:32-34 32And He looked around to see the woman who had done this.  33But the woman fearing and trembling, aware of what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.  34And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace and be healed of your affliction." 32耶穌周圍觀看，要看作這事的女人。33那女人知道在她身上所成就的事，就恐懼戰兢地前來向耶穌俯伏，把實情全告訴了他。34耶穌對她說：“女兒，你的信使你痊愈了，平安地回去吧，你的病已經好了。”

32And He looked around to see the woman who had done this.  33But the woman fearing and trembling, aware of what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.  34And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace and be healed of your affliction." 32耶穌周圍觀看，要看作這事的女人。33那女人知道在她身上所成就的事，就恐懼戰兢地前來向耶穌俯伏，把實情全告訴了他。34耶穌對她說：“女兒，你的信使你痊愈了，平安地回去吧，你的病已經好了。” Jesus: Double Healing !

39 Luke 路加 8:30 耶穌問他：“你叫甚麼名字？” 他說：“群。”因為進到那人裡面的鬼很多。 And Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” And he said, “Legion”; for many demons had entered him. 群 Legion （兵團）~ soldiers

33 The herdsmen ran away, and went to the city and reported everything, including what had happened to the demoniacs. 34 And behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus; and when they saw Him, they implored Him to leave their region. 28耶穌過到對岸加大拉(格拉森)人的地區，遇見兩個被鬼附著的人從墓地出來；他們十分兇暴，甚至沒有人敢從那條路經過。 28 When He came to the other side into the country of the Gadarenes (Gerasenes), two men who were demon-possessed met Him as they were coming out of the tombs. They were so extremely violent that no one could pass by that way.

45 Pigs/Boars 豬: Unclean 不潔淨的 申命記Deuteronomy 14:8 豬─因為是分蹄卻不倒嚼，就與你們不潔淨。這些獸的肉，你們不可吃，死的也不可摸。 The pig, because it divides the hoof but does not chew the cud, it is unclean for you. You shall not eat any of their flesh nor touch their carcasses.
