定義 Definition of Physically Disabilities 「肢體傷殘」大致分為 骨骼異常和腦部問題 神經肌肉系統毛病兩大類 "Physical disability" can be roughly divided into Skeletal abnormalities and brain problems Two major categories of neuromuscular disorders

7 特點 Characteristics 1.身體缺少了某些部份 Body is missing some parts
2.無法像一般人走路或做事情 can't walk or do things like normal people 1.身體缺少了某些部份 Body is missing some parts 3.有言語及非言語溝通上的障礙 An impediment to verbal or nonverbal communication 4.有輔助工具代步 With assistance tools

8 Difficulties 困難 1.不能自理，需要幫忙。 2.身體殘疾人在生活、康復和教育等等存在也困難。
1.Can't look after theirselves,and need help. 2.Physical disabilities have other difficulties in living, rehabilitation, education, etc.

9 How to Improve their lives 如何改善他們的生活
政府應進一步了解他們的需要，提供或製造更多 的復康服務和建設多点無障礙環境、交通工具和 設施。 The government should further understand their needs, provide or create more rehabilitation services and build more barrier-free environments, transportation and facilities.

政府及公共機構提供给肢體殘障人士的無障礙設施是否足夠呢？Is it enough for the government and the public institutions to provide the barrier-free facilities for the disabled people? 足夠 enough. 不足夠not enough.

16 經我們瞭解，地利亞初中學生對肢體殘人士的認識不足。
政府及公共機構提供給肢體殘障人士的無障礙設施不足夠。 較多人不知道肢體殘障人士是怎樣生活。 較多人認為他們是不能再活動。 較多人不知道肢體殘障人士有哪些工作。 最多人認為驅服心理障礙是舉辦運動會的目的體殘障人士我們組認為政府加強他們的生活保障和無障礙設施最能幫助肢體殘障人士。 Conclusion Delia Hip Wo junior students do not have enough knowledge about physically disabled people. The barrier-free facilities provided by the government and public institutions to the physically disabled people is not enough. Most of the people do not know how physically disabled people actually live. More people do not know what work does disabled people have. Most people think that organizing a sport event is mainly for disabled people. Our group believe that the government strengthens their livelihood security and barrier-free facilities which can help physically disabled people.
