4 Using Calibre DRC(1) 1.建立資料夾： inv_drc
Step1:產生新資料夾存放執行DRC後所產生的檔案 1.建立資料夾： inv_drc 路徑：/home/vlsitrain____/cic018/vlsilab/inv/inv_drc /nand/nand_drc /trans…/tran…_drc 4

5 Using Calibre DRC(2) Step2:Run DRC。在Layout window選擇「Calibre → Run DRC」
 → Run DRC」 Calibre->Run DRC (執行DRC) 5

6 Using Calibre DRC(3) Step3:Run DRC。點選「Cancel」。
 因為尚未執行過DRC，所以不會有任何DRC相關結果 儲存，選按「Cancel」 6

7 Using Calibre DRC(4) DRC。設定Rules。 1.點選rules 2.資料夾連結
 Step4:Run DRC。設定Rules。 1.點選rules 2.資料夾連結 7 3.將資料夾連結至calibre_DRC->rule.drc 4.OK

8 Using Calibre DRC(5) Step5:Run DRC。設定DRC Run Directory。 1.資料夾連結
 1.資料夾連結 2.將資料夾設定在存放DRC結果的資料夾(p.4) 路徑：/home/vlsitrain____/cic018/vlsilab/inv/inv_drc 8

9 Using Calibre DRC(6) Step6:Run DRC。點選選項「RUN DRC」。 1.點選 Run DRC
2.點選ok進行驗證動作 10

10 LAB1 將上次的inv layout依上述第四頁至第九頁 的DRC流程去做驗證 11

11 Calibre DRC Report & Debug(1) 從此處點選可直接在原layout圖中顯示其錯誤資訊 主要顯示光罩層中有哪些錯誤
