3 was surprised to see that the ant was working without supervision.
The Chief, a lion, was surprised to see that the ant was working without supervision. 身为老板的狮子，非常惊奇的发现蚂蚁能自行工作而不需要其他人监督。

4 他认为在沒有人监督的情况下，蚂蚁的生产力是如此的好；如果有人监督的话，那她的生产力应该会更好才对!

5 So he recruited a cockroach
who had extensive experience as supervisor and who was famous for writing excellent reports. 因此他招募了有丰富经验的蟑螂作为监督员，蟑螂以擅长撰写杰出的报告而闻名。

6 The cockroach’s first decision was to set up a clocking in attendance system.
