為什麼要打造一個有品質的分會? 演講會的口號 – “Where Leaders are Made 領袖的搖籃” 我並非天生的領導者. I wasn’t born a leader. 我想成為一名領導者 I committed to becoming one. 我找到了一個地方 I found a place. 經由學習,我成為一名領導者. I am a leader, and I was made.

4 演講會的“分會使命” (Club Mission)
我們提供一個支持性和正向的學習環境給會員,讓會員們能發展溝通與領導的技巧,進而獲得更多自信和個人成長。 We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

1. 議程表~~提早安排與公布 2. 確定會員對例會工作做事先準備 3. 依照手冊 ~做演講(CC,AC..)、安排工作(CL..) 4. 準時~~ 準時開始、準時結束 5. 創意性~~即席問答、例會主題 6. 講評~~正面鼓勵 & 有幫助的建議

1. 分會人數20人或以上 2. 盡量留住舊會員 3. 推廣介紹~~向同事、朋友、鄰居… 4. 有變化性、有趣味性的會議議程 5. 表揚介紹新會員的會員 6. 舉辦或參加招募會員的活動(教育訓練、競賽…)

19 6.會員成就表彰Achievement Recognition
1. 成就獎項~立即申報至世界總會 2. 保持會員的進度紀錄、並定期公布 3. 公開表揚會員成就(證書、名牌、起立、紅包…) 4. 表揚分會、總會幹部 5. 宣傳分會與會員的成就(DCP, CC, …) 6. 運用DCP來規劃 & 表彰成就
