Why are we here? 我们为什么会在这儿？ Library Assessment is a new topic? 图书馆评估是一个新话题吗？ No! 不！ It is not a one-time activity. They are needed for the strategic and systematic change that can ensure a vibrant and sustainable future for our communities and our institutions.
