第五讲 Message 5 得胜的果子-柔和谦卑 Victorious Fruits - Gentle and Humble 太(Mat)11:29；提前(1Ti)2:8； 彼前(1Pe)3:4 得胜的果子-柔和谦卑 （太11:29；提前2:8；彼前3:4） 看树就是要看它的果子。得胜的生命就当有得胜的品格及相应的表现。真正的得胜生命乃是长大成人，有耶稣基督的样式，在祂的柔和谦卑上有份。   问题1）你怎样看待柔和、谦卑的品格？ 问题2）作为弟兄，你觉得自己在怒气及争论的克服上有成长吗？ 问题3）作为姊妹，你在长久温柔及安静的心方面有学习吗？ RCCC退修会

太11:29 我心里柔和谦卑，你们当负我的轭，学我的样式；这样，你们心里就必得享安息。Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.(Mat 11:29) 提前2:8 我愿男人无忿怒、无争论，举起圣洁的手，随处祷告。I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing.(1Ti 2:8) 彼前3:4 只要以里面存着长久温柔安静的心为妆饰；这在　神面前是极宝贵的。Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight.(1Pe 3:4)

凭果子认树 Recognize tree by fruits 太7:16-20 凭着他们的果子，就可以认出他们来。荆棘上岂能摘葡萄呢？蒺藜里岂能摘无花果呢？这样，凡好树都结好果子；惟独坏树结坏果子。好树不能结坏果子，坏树不能结好果子。凡不结好果子的树，就砍下来丢在火里。所以，凭着他们的果子，就可以认出他们来。 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.(Mat 7:16~20) 荆棘上岂能摘葡萄呢？蒺藜里岂能摘无花果呢？：咒诅而来的

满有基督长成的身量 whole measure of the fullness of Christ 弗4:13 直等到我们众人在真道上同归于一，认识　神的儿子，得以长大成人，满有基督长成的身量。until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.(Eph 4:13) 太11:29 我心里柔和谦卑，你们当负我的轭，学我的样式；这样，你们心里就必得享安息。Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.(Mat 11:29)

（一）柔和的功用 Function of Gentleness 1）承受地土、享受人生 Inherit the earth and enjoy the life 太5:5 温柔的人有福了，因为他们必承受地土。 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.(Mat 5:5) 2）真正的力量所在 Real Power coming from 箴25:15 恒常忍耐可以劝动君王，柔和的舌头能折断骨头。 Through patience a ruler can be persuaded, and a gentle tongue can break a bone.(Pro25:15) 1)温柔似水：水、风；家庭；工作；服事   2) 舌头与牙齿：柔和的舌头

3）领受神的话语 To accept God’s Word 雅1:21所以，你们要脱去一切的污秽和盈余的邪恶，存温柔的心领受那所栽种的道，就是能救你们灵魂的道。 Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.(Jam 1:21) 4）有真正的智慧及善行 Having real wisdom and good deed 雅3:13你们中间谁是有智慧、有见识的呢？他就当在智慧的温柔上显出他的善行来。 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.(Jam3:13) 3）四种地土—路旁心 4）智慧有温柔

5）能传福音 To effectively share the gospel 彼前3:15 只要心里尊主基督为圣。有人问你们心中盼望的缘由，就要常作准备，以温柔、敬畏的心回答各人。 But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,(1Pe 3:15) 6）能免大过 To lay great errors to rest 传10:4 掌权者的心若向你发怒，不要离开你的本位，因为柔和能免大过。 If a ruler's anger rises against you, do not leave your post; calmness can lay great errors to rest.(Ecc10:4) 5）传福音的心态；不要以为我们是真理；只有神的话是真理； 基督徒的刚硬非常可怕：冷漠、不怜悯；

7）能挽回别人 To retrieve people 加6:1弟兄们，若有人偶然被过犯所胜，你们属灵的人，就当用温柔的心把他挽回过来；又当自己小心，恐怕也被引诱。 Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted.(Gal 6:1) Handle with care 属灵的人与为温柔的心； 与妻子的交往：按情理和妻子同住．〔情理原文作知识〕因他比你软弱、〔比你软弱原文作是软弱的器皿〕；软弱—精细、易碎 没有温柔的心，可能会有论断、定罪；

（二）谦卑的功用 Function of Humility 1）承受神国 Inherit kingdom of heaven “虚心的人有福了！因为天国是他们的。"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. (Mat 5:3) 2）蒙神赐恩 Be given grace by God 彼前5:5 你们年幼的也要顺服年长的。就是你们众人也都要以谦卑束腰，彼此顺服，“因为神阻挡骄傲的人，赐恩给谦卑的人。” Young men, in the same way be submissive to those who are older. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.“ (1Pe 5:5)

3）看别人比自己强 consider others better than yourselves 腓2:3凡事不可结党，不可贪图虚浮的荣耀；只要存心谦卑，各人看别人比自己强。 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.(Php 2:3) 4）有尊荣的先决条件 Be followed by honor 箴15:33 敬畏耶和华，是智慧的训诲；尊荣以前，必有谦卑。 The fear of the LORD teaches a man wisdom, and humility comes before honor.(Pro 15:33) 箴18:12 败坏之先，人心骄傲；尊荣以前，必有谦卑。 Before his downfall a man's heart is proud, but humility comes before honor.(Pro 18:12)

（三）如何造就出柔和谦卑的品格 How to be Gentle and Humble 1）负主的轭，学主的样式：take Lord’s yoke and learn from Him 太11:29 我心里柔和谦卑，你们当负我的轭，学我的样式；这样，你们心里就必得享安息。 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.(Mat 11:29) 太26:39 他就稍往前走、俯伏在地、祷告说、我父阿、倘若可行、求你叫这杯离开我．然而不要照我的意思、只要照你的意思。 Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.“(Mat 26:39) 1）背十字架；愿意服事人（有仆人服事的心态）：腓2:5-11 太26:39 这是主的样式：这是造就柔和谦卑的最好方式；

雅4:6-7但他赐更多的恩典，所以经上说：“神阻挡骄傲的人，赐恩给谦卑的人。” 故此，你们要顺服　神。务要抵挡魔鬼，魔鬼就必离开你们逃跑了。But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.“ Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.(Jam 4:6-7) 弥6:8世人哪，耶和华已指示你何为善，他向你所要的是甚么呢？只要你行公义，好怜悯，存谦卑的心，与你的　神同行。He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.(Mic6:8) 恩典、谦卑、顺服；魔鬼—骄傲； 谦卑更多是指人在神面前的情形： 人不顺服不是因为软弱，乃是因为骄傲

（三）如何造就出柔和谦卑的品格 How to be Gentle and Humble 2）透过顺服权柄来学习 Learn from submitting authorities 彼前5:5 你们年幼的也要顺服年长的。就是你们众人也都要以谦卑束腰，彼此顺服，“因为神阻挡骄傲的人，赐恩给谦卑的人。” Young men, in the same way be submissive to those who are older. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.“ (1Pe 5:5) 2）顺服父母吗？顺服同事吗？顺服同工吗？ 不要站在神的对立面

3）认识自己的卑微： Admit own lowliness 撒下9:8 米非波设又叩拜说：“仆人算甚么？不过如死狗一般，竟蒙王这样眷顾！” Mephibosheth bowed down and said, "What is your servant, that you should notice a dead dog like me?“(2Sa 9:8) 诗113:7他从灰尘里抬举贫寒人，从粪堆中提拔穷乏人。 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap;(Psa 113:7 NIV) (Psa 113:7 KJV) He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill. 3） 离了主，我什么也不能作：15:5 我是葡萄树、你们是枝子．常在我里面的、我也常在他里面、这人就多结果子．因为离了我、你们就不能作甚么。

创2:18 耶和华　神说：那人独居不好、我要为他造一个配偶帮助他。 The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.“(Gen 2:18) 创2:18 宋尚节 作丈夫的：你们要谦卑 ---“枪毙”

4)弃绝一切的刚硬及怒气 Reject stubbornness and anger 太21:5“要对锡安的居民（注：原文作“女子”）说：‘看哪，你的王来到你这里，是温柔的，又骑着驴，就是骑着驴驹子。’” "Say to the Daughter of Zion, 'See, your king comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.' “(Mat 21:5) -驴与羊羔 （Donkey & Lamb） 出13:13凡头生的驴，你要用羊羔代赎，若不代赎，就要打折它的颈项。凡你儿子中头生的都要赎出来。Redeem with a lamb every firstborn donkey, but if you do not redeem it, break its neck. Redeem every firstborn among your sons. (Exo 13:13) 主所骑的那头驴（第二天有回到耶路撒冷）

（四）男人女人当有的样式：The likeness that man and woman should have 1）男人的样式 likeness of man 提前2:8 我愿男人无忿怒、无争论，举起圣洁的手，随处祷告。I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing.(1Ti 2:8) 2)女人的样式 likeness of woman 彼前3:4 只要以里面存着长久温柔安静的心为妆饰；这在神面前是极宝贵的。Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight.(1Pe 3:4) 自己的见证：

3）认定神借着环境来造就生命的品格 build up the character of life through cognizance of God 来5:14惟独长大成人的，才能吃乾粮，他们的心窍习练得通达，就能分辨好歹了。But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.(Heb 5:14) 诗141:5 任凭义人击打我，这算为仁慈；任凭他责备我，这算为头上的膏油；我的头不要躲闪，正在他们行恶的时候，我仍要祈祷。Let a righteous man strike me-it is a kindness; let him rebuke me-it is oil on my head. My head will not refuse it. Yet my prayer is ever against the deeds of evildoers;(Psa 141:5)

太11:28-30凡劳苦担重担的人，可以到我这里来，我就使你们得安息。 我心里柔和谦卑，你们当负我的轭，学我的样式，这样，你们心里就必得享安息。 因为我的轭是容易的，我的担子是轻省的。 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light”（Mat 11:28-30) 雅各4:14 其实明天如何、你们还不知道。你们的生命是甚么呢．你们原来是一片云雾、出现少时就不见了。4:14 Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.
