Summary of nano materials used in LFTS biosensors 電化學測定法 探測器小,價格便宜,需要基板 可量測到多種類的信號 但有時候會量測不到有特異性的信號 比色法 需要一個可攜式條狀的讀取器 跟一個紫外/可見分光光度計 光學檢測器通常都比電化學檢測器昂貴 信號通常以量子點表示 螢光檢測法 需要磁力測定器,噪音低 信號可長時間保持穩定 磁力檢測法

Conclusion Most NP-based microfluidic devices developed so far were fabricated from polymer. The NP-based LFTSs and paper microfluidic biosensors show numerous benefits and great potential over conventional bioanalysis, such as portability, low cost, rapid response, and excellent selectivity and sensitivity.
