聖靈裏的自由 The Spirit of Freedom

弟兄们，你们蒙召，是要得自由。只是不可将你们的自由当作放纵情欲的机会。总要用爱心互相服事。 14 因为全律法都包在爱人如己这一句话之内了。 15 你们要谨慎。若相咬相吞，只怕要彼此消灭了。 16 我说，你们当顺着圣灵而行，就不放纵肉体的情欲了。 17 因为情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和情欲相争。这两个是彼此相敌，使你们不能作所愿意作的。 You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love. 14 The entire law is summed up in a single command: "Love your neighbor as yourself." 15 If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other. 16 So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. 17 For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want. – Galatians 5:13-17

情欲的事，都是显而易见的。就如奸淫，污秽，邪荡， 20 拜偶像，邪术，仇恨，争竞，忌恨，恼怒，结党，纷争，异端， 21 嫉妒，（有古卷在此有凶杀二字）醉酒，荒宴等类，我从前告诉你们，现在又告诉你们，行这样事的人，必不能承受神的国。 The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. – Galatians 5:19-21

不要贪图虚名，彼此惹气，互相嫉妒。 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other. – Galatians 5:26

无知的加拉太人哪，耶稣基督钉十字架，已经活画在你们眼前，谁又迷惑了你们呢？ 2 我只要问你们这一件，你们受了圣灵，是因行律法呢？是因听信福音呢？ 3 你们既靠圣灵入门，如今还靠肉身成全吗？你们是这样的无知吗？ 4 你们受苦如此之多，都是徒然的吗？难道果真是徒然的吗？ 5 那赐给你们圣灵，又在你们中间行异能的，是因你们行律法呢？是因你们听信福音呢？ You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified. 2 I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by observing the law, or by believing what you heard? 3 Are you so foolish? After beginning with the Spirit, are you now trying to attain your goal by human effort? 4 Have you suffered so much for nothing--if it really was for nothing? 5 Does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you because you observe the law, or because you believe what you heard? – Galatians 3:1-5

我说那承受产业的，虽然是全业的主人，但为孩童的时候，却与奴仆毫无分别。 2 乃在师傅和管家的手下，直等他父亲预定的时候来到。 3 我们为孩童的时候，受管于世俗小学之下，也是如此。 4 及至时候满足，神就差遣他的儿子，为女子所生，且生在律法以下， 5 要把律法以下的人赎出来，叫我们得着儿子的名分。 6 你们既为儿子，神就差他儿子的灵，进入你们（原文作我们）的心，呼叫阿爸，父。 7 可见，从此以后，你不是奴仆，乃是儿子了。既是儿子，就靠着神为后嗣。 What I am saying is that as long as the heir is a child, he is no different from a slave, although he owns the whole estate. 2 He is subject to guardians and trustees until the time set by his father. 3 So also, when we were children, we were in slavery under the basic principles of the world. 4 But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under law, 5 to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons. 6 Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, "Abba, Father." 7 So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and since you are a son, God has made you also an heir. – Galatians 4:1-7

圣灵所结的果子，就是仁爱，喜乐，和平，忍耐，恩慈，良善，信实， 23 温柔，节制。这样的事，没有律法禁止。 24 凡属基督耶稣的人，是已经把肉体，连肉体的邪情私欲，同钉在十字架上了。 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. – Galatians 5:22-24

我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事。 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. – Galatians 5:25
