彼前 1:1-8 (1Peter 1:1-8) 1:1 耶穌基督的使徒彼得寫信給那分散在本都、加拉太、加帕多家、亞細亞、庇推尼寄居的， 1:2 就是照父神的先見被揀選， 藉著聖靈得成聖潔，以致 順服耶穌基督，又蒙他血所灑 的人。願恩惠、平安多多地加給你們。

1:3 願頌讚歸與我們主耶穌基督的父 神!他曾照自己的大憐憫，藉耶穌基督從死裡復活，重生了我們，叫我們有活潑的盼望， 1:4 可以得著不能朽壞、不能 玷污、不能衰殘、為你們 存留在天上的基業。

1:5 你們這因信蒙神能力保守的人，必能得著所預備、到末世要顯現的救恩。 1:6 因此，你們是大有喜樂；但如今，在百般的試煉中暫時憂愁，

1:7 叫你們的信心既被試驗，就比那被火試驗仍然能壞的金子更顯寶貴，可以在耶穌基督顯現的時候得著稱讚、榮耀、尊貴。 1:8 你們雖然沒有見過他，卻是 愛他；如今雖不得看見，卻 因信他就有說不出來、滿有 榮光的大喜樂；

According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you,

5 who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials,

7 so that the tested genuineness of your faith —more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire — may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 8 Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory.

1:7 叫你們的信心既被試驗，就比那被火試驗仍然能壞的金子更顯 寶貴，可以在耶穌基督顯現 的時候得著稱讚、榮耀、尊貴。 2. 我們深知會得著稱讚、榮耀、尊貴。 (Knowing that testing results in praise, glory and honor) 1:7 叫你們的信心既被試驗，就比那被火試驗仍然能壞的金子更顯 寶貴，可以在耶穌基督顯現 的時候得著稱讚、榮耀、尊貴。

21:7 so that the tested genuineness of your faith — more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire — may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

四.這盼望怎樣積極地活出來 1:8 你們雖然沒有見過他，卻是愛他；如今雖不得看見，卻因信他就有說不出來、滿有榮光的大喜樂； (How to Activate this Hope) 1:8 你們雖然沒有見過他，卻是愛他；如今雖不得看見，卻因信他就有說不出來、滿有榮光的大喜樂；

1:8 Though you have not seen him, you love him 1:8 Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory.

【你如何愛慕耶穌? 想想耶穌是怎樣愛你、怎樣盼望在你身上 How do you love Jesus?】 Think about how Jesus loves you, how he put hope in you.

希伯來書 (Hebrews) 12:2 他(耶穌)因那擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦難，便坐在神寶座的右邊。 He (Jesus), for the joy that was set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

【以賽亞書】 53:10-11耶和華卻定意將他壓傷，使他受痛苦。他獻上自己為贖罪祭。他必看見後裔……他必看見自己勞苦的功效，便心滿意足…..。
