研習目的 1.提高初中生對肢體傷殘人士的認知。 2.提升初中生對肢體傷殘人士的關心。 3.增加校園中的傷健共融意識。 study objectives 1.提高初中生對肢體傷殘人士的認知。 2.提升初中生對肢體傷殘人士的關心。 3.增加校園中的傷健共融意識。 1. 肢體傷殘的定義 Definition of physical disability 任何人士如因骨骼、肌骨骼或神經器官殘障,並主 要損及運動機能,以致某方面或多方面的日常活動 受到妨礙或限制,皆可視為肢體傷殘人士。 Any person who suffers from the disability of the bones, musculoskeletal or nervous organs and mainly damages their motor function, so that one or more aspects of activities in daily life are hindered or restricted, can be regarded as physically disabled.

肢體傷殘人士的生活 Physically disabled people's lives 本身是健康人士的陳俊謙因為患上了“肌肉萎縮症”在讀完大學後找工作時,已經開始需要借助輪椅才可以去上街。但由於很多地方沒有電梯等等的無障礙設施,他跟我們說現在的生活和以前比起來困難了很多。 Chen Junqian , before he was an average person. But because of suffering from “muscular dystrophy”, he has to use a wheelchair and started looking for a job after finishing college. Since many places do not have facilities such as handicapped elevators, he is resenting the present life as inconvenient as it is difficult for him to get around .

肢體傷殘人士的生活困難 Difficulty for the physically handicapped 陳俊謙也說了最大的困難是找工作,他的專業是政策及行政。應該容易找工作,但存在社會對肢體傷殘人士的看法,導致直到現在都沒有找到工作,他去到過一家醫院應聘文書,但由於醫院的電梯是後來裝上的所以太小,他的輪椅無法進入,也無法入職。 The biggest difficulty for Chen Junqian now is to find a job, his specialized subject is policy and administration. It should be easy to find a job for him, but because of the opinion of physical disabilities in society, he has not found a job until now. He went to older hospitals to apply for paperwork, but the elevators in the hospital are too small for wheelchairs to enter, so work cannot be accepted.

肢體傷殘人士的成因與特徵 The causes and characteristics of physically handicapped persons 任何人士因骨骼、肌骨骼或神經器官殘障,主要損及運動機能,致日 常活動受到妨礙,皆可視為肢體傷殘人士。肢體傷殘可能是先天性、 後天意外或疾病所引致。 Any person who becomes physical disabled because of skeleton, musculoskeletal or nerve organ problem, and who mainly suffers because of not being able to do sports , so that daily activities are obstructed or restricted, can be considered to be physically disabled. Physical disabilities can be caused by congenital, accidents or caused by diseases.

什麼是無障礙環境 What is an accessible environment for physically disabled people? 殘疾人士有權獨立生活和充分參與個人與社會各個層面的生活。無障礙應適用於:建築物、道路、交通和其他室內外設施資訊、通信和其他服務通用設計。 Physically disabled have the right to live independently and fully participate in all levels of the individual and society. Accessibility should be applied to : buildings, roads, transportation, and other indoor and outdoor facilities. Information, communications and other service universal design.

問卷 Questionnaire 問卷採用紙張(非電子) 男女比例為2:1 中國籍與外國籍比例為1:1 調查對象為地利亞初中學生 我們現在用最有代表本次研習目的6道問題來彙報 This questionnaires are asked with paper The ratio of Male and female is 2:1 The ratio of CMI and EMI is 1:1 The object of the survey was Delia Memorial School Hip Wo junior student We used the six issues which are most represent the purpose of this study.

問卷反思與總結 Questionnaire Reflection and Summary 我們從本次問卷調查看出大部分本次調查的初中學生符合社會傷健共融,但是,我們從第5’6題可以發現一種問題,同學基本看過無障礙設施,但接近一半的同學只是把無障礙設施當成生活的一個部分,並沒有在意,這個也從一方面證明了政府的宣傳並不足夠。但是我們對這次的調查非常滿意,因為絕大部分的同學認識和認同肢體傷殘人士與其應該在社會上應該有的公平對待。 We can see from the questionnaire that most of the junior high school students in the survey are in harmony with society. However, we can see a problem from the 5 and 6 question. Students have basically seen the facilities for disabled people, but nearly half of the students think that the facilities are just part of our life and they don’t really care. This also proof that the government's promotion about physically disabled people is not enough. Of course, we are very satisfied with this survey because most of the students know and agree that people with physical disabilities should be treated fairly in society.
