1. Title & Author(s) Title needs to be more concise, attractive and direct to the point (subject of this paper) Title 長度不要超過 80 字母 Author(s)列出對本文有研究上貢獻者，如Idea主要提出者、共同meeting及討論、執行實驗者、及撰寫論文者。幫忙打字不算是有貢獻者。作者順序依貢獻度。作者人數不要超過四位。 指導教授為通訊作者(Corresponding author)

2. Abstract & Keywords Abstract needs to be written to focus on: Purpose, Design/methodology/approach, Findings, Practical Implications Originality/Values. It is required by the Journal to have around 100 to 150 words. Keywords: 列出3–5 跟本文有關係專有名詞

3.前言(Introduction) 說明研究問題之背景、動機(目的) 將前人對此問題所進行過之相關或類似研究的結果做一歸納整理，引出研究之假說(hypothesis) 前人研究(related work) Why?

Introduction The introduction section needs to be rewritten with much better motivating and providing the context for this work. It should include: Contextualization (研究脈絡及起源), Importance/Relevance of the Theme, Research Question, Objectives Structure of the Paper.

4.材料與方法(Materials and Methods) 說明材料與試驗之相關性 記載試驗處理與方法(策略) 試驗設計與資料收集 統計與分析方法 How

5.結果(Results) & 討論(Discussions) 敘述試驗結果 利用數字、圖、表描述資料之特性與分析結果 將試驗所得的結果與相關之前人研究結果進行比較說明

6.結論 (Conclusions) 說明試驗結果與研究問題之關係 提出對問題之辨證與結論

10.個人簡歷 (Biography) 學歷、經歷、獲得學術成就、參予學會組織、及研究專長 範例：Min-Shiang Hwang received the B.S. in Electronic Engineering from National Taipei Institute of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China (ROC), in 1980; the M.S. in Industrial Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, in 1988; and the Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 1995. Dr. Hwang passed the National Higher Examination in field ``Electronic Engineer“ in 1988. He also passed the National Telecommunication Special Examination in field ``Information Engineering”, qualified as advanced technician the first class in 1990. From 1988 to 1991, he was the leader of the Computer Center at Telecommunication Laboratories, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, ROC. He was also a chairman of the Department of Information Management, Chaoyang University of Technology (CYUT), Taiwan, during 1999-2002. He was a professor and chairman of the Graduate Institute of Networking and Communications, CYUT, during 2002-2003. He is currently a chair professor of the department of Computer Science & Information Engineering, Asia University, Taiwan. He obtained 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001 Outstanding Research Awards of the National Science Council of the Republic of China. He is a member of IEEE, ACM, and Chinese Information Security Association. His current research interests include electronic commerce, database and data security, cryptography, image compression, and mobile computing. Dr. Hwang had published 170+ articles on the above research fields in international journals.

評分標準-- 書面報告 至少15頁(約6,000字)方能對問題作充分說明與討論 準時繳交 依文章內容之深淺、廣度、格式、及撰寫錯誤之多寡評分。 繳交前應審慎校對修正錯誤與拼音，全文超過五個錯誤字，扣10分 須修正而未修正補交者，扣10分 遲交一週成績打八折、遲交二週成績打六折 全文翻譯、網路下載或抄襲者，成績均以零分計
