推廣義工服務的機制 Working Machanism Background and Development of the Volunteer Movement (con’t) The Mechanism of the Volunteer Movement An effective and comprehensive steering mechanism is an important element for the Movement to success The Steering Committee is to steer and formulate strategies for launching the Movement. Four sub-committees, each focuses on students and youth, corporate, community organizations and overall promotion and publicity, to devise action plan for promoting participation of its targets.
