H1N1新型流感（Swine Influenza A （H1N1）） 臨床條件（Clinical criteria） 具有急性發燒呼吸道疾病（Acute febrile respiratory illness）（發燒超過攝氏38℃），且其臨床症狀包括從輕微的類流感（influenza-like illness）到較為嚴重的肺炎（pneumonia）等。 流行病學條件（Epidemiology criteria） 具有下列任一個條件： 一、曾經與確定病例或極可能病例具有密切接觸 （close contact），即照護、同住、或 與確定病例有呼吸道分泌物、體液之直接接觸。 二、具有確定病例或極可能病例所在地區之旅遊史。 極可能病例（Probable case） 符合臨床條件，且經檢驗為流感病毒A型陽性，惟其亞型無法以 季節性流感之檢測方法分型 或 符合臨床條件及流行病學條件， 或不明原因之急性呼吸道症狀死亡之個案，與極可能或確定病例 具有流行病學之關聯。 ~ 給 民 眾 的 衛 教 ~ Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it. (咳嗽與呼吸道禮節) Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hands cleaners are also effective. (洗手) Try to avoid close contact with sick people. (避免接觸病人) If you get sick, CDC recommends that you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them. (生病盡量留在家中) Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way. (避免散播) 強調盡量待在家中
