对维护机体内环境的稳定起重要的作用。

95%来源于球旁细胞 1-5%来源于致密斑、间质细胞 少量来源于肾外组织（子宫、大脑、胎盘） 肾素 AGT原 AGT-I 醛固酮 转化酶 AGT- II 升高血压 视上神经核烦渴 AGT-III 失活
