1 Anti-Aging Intelligent Qi Exercise 抗老智力氣功
U.S. energetic Catholic Republican Rick Santorum starts each morning with 50 push-ups (TIME Feb. 27, 2012, p. 34). This exercise seems better than the push-ups. One may begin each day eventually with as many as 50 times of this exercise. Caution: Not every human body can do this exercise, in particular when one’s knees are weak. Please take time to increase the number of times which one can do each time. Ideally, it is important to do at least 10 to 15 minutes a day, splitting the A.A.I.Q.E. into a few times daily. There are at least 12 Advantages of the Present A.A.I.Q.E.: 1) It works like a pump, pumping gas, energy or stamina into our body; 2) It circulates blood and qi within our spirit-mind-body energy system; 3) It circulates and integrates the nerves and information system existing between our left brain and right brain, helping us to become more balanced, intelligent and smarter; 4) When our body begins to age, it starts with our knees. This anti-aging exercise should greatly strengthen our knees; 5) It strengthens our heart, prolonging our longevity; 6) One can do it anywhere, even in one’s office. Hence, this is a very good news for those who have no time for daily exercise; 7) As one can do it during one’s break, it forces one to take many little breaks each day from work; 8) If one does it over a certain number of time, say 100 times, it may replace the regular exercise for that particular day; 9) It takes much fat away from our waist; 10) One would begin to experience its result within a week or two. 11) It strengthens the kidneys, the two little engines which give us bodily strength or qi. 12) According to some people, it could also prevent Alzheimers disease to happen too early in our life.

4 動。 簡單說,這永恆非受造的宇宙,是指有位格、身為非受造光 體的天主聖三本身,及從祂們不斷發射出來的非受造的光所形成。
(一) The Most Holy Trinity ad intra 天主聖三向內的活動 除了聖經一些啟示,沒有人知道天主聖三向內在永恆中的活 動。 簡單說,這永恆非受造的宇宙,是指有位格、身為非受造光 體的天主聖三本身,及從祂們不斷發射出來的非受造的光所形成。 可以說,整個非受造的宇宙是一個非受造的「神的環境」 (Divine Milieu) 。 在法文,milieu 同時是指中心及環境。 (1) The Most Holy Trinity ad intra Except for some divine revelation in the Bible, nobody knows what goes on within the Most Holy Trinity ad intra in eternity. Simply speaking, this eternal Uncreated Universe is composed by God the Tripersonal Uncreated Light and the Lights or Energies ceaselessly radiated from Him. Apparently, the whole Uncreated Universe is an Uncreated Milieu. In French, the term milieu means centre and environment at the same time.

非受造天主聖三向外活動主要的目的是要與一切受造物,尤其 是有靈性的分享祂萬善萬美的臨在及福氣。在創造第一天,天主 說:「有光!」就有了光。(創1:3) 此光可指「光明的天使」(格後 11:14) 及天使光明的氣 (angelic energy)。後來一部份天使造反而變 成「黑暗 (diabolic energy)世界的霸主」(弗6:12) 。怪 不得「天主 見光好,就將光與黑暗分開。」(創1:4) 此時,整宇宙是一個 Divine-angelic-diabolic energy web ,但光與黑暗是分開的。 (2) The Most Holy Trinity ad extra The main purpose of the Most Holy Trinity reach out is to share with all creation, in particular with created spiritual beings, its presence and blessed Energies. On the first day of creation, God said: “Let there be light!” and there was light. (Gen 1:3) Apparently, this light can mean the angels of light (2Cor 11:14) and the angelic energies. Later, a part of the angelic spirits rebelled against God and became rulers of darkness or diabolic energies (Eph 6:12). This is perhaps why “God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness.” (Gen 1:4) At this time, the whole universe is a Divine-angelic-diablic web. However, the lights are separated from the darkness.

(創 1:6-23)。這相當於德日進(Teilhard de Chardin ) 思想 中 Cosmos = Cosmogenesis-biogenesis-noogenesis-Christogenesis 中 的第一及第二階段;又相當於物質上大爆炸(the Big Bang) 的開始 與進化。此時的宇宙是一個在進化中的Divine-angelic-diabolic- material energy evolutionary web。 Afterwards, from the second to the fifth day God began to create the material dimension of the universe (Gen 1:6-23). This is equivalent to the first and second evolutional stages of Teilhard’s scheme, i.e., Cosmos = Cosmogenesis-biogenesis-noogenesis- Christogenesis. At the same time, this material evolution bespeaks of the evolutionary beginning and process begun by the Big Bang. Then, the universe is an Divine-angelic-diabolic-material energy evolutionary web.

(創1:26)。這相當於德日進思想中 Cosmos = Cosmogenesis- biogenesis-noogenesis-Christogenesis 中的第三個階段 --- 即思想演 進 (noogenesis) --- 的開始。此時的宇宙可說是一個在演進中的 Divine-angelic-diabolic-material-human energy web。簡單說,宇宙 是一個 spiritual-human-material nexus (bond) Afterwards, God created humankind on the 6th day: “Let us create man according to our image.” (Gen 1:26) This stage is equivalent to the third period of Teilhard’s evolutionary scheme, i.e., Cosmos = Cosmogenesis-biogenesis-noogenesis-Christogenesis . It is the beginning of noogenesis, the evolution of the human mind. Then, the universe is an evolutionary Divine-angelic-diabolic-material-human energy web. Succinctly, the cosmos is a spiritual-human-material nexus or bond.

In the eternal plan of God, Jesus Christ is the perfect spiritual- human-material energy nexus. As we know, Christ “is the image of the invisible God. All things have been created through Him and for Him. He himself is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. For in Him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through Him God was pleased to reconcile to Himself all things.” (Col 1:15-20)

9 (三) The Fulfilment of the Most Holy Trinity
ad extra 天主聖三向外活動的完成 基督作為完美無缺 spiritual-human-material energy nexus 的演進 模式是處於德日進思想中 Cosmos = Cosmogenesis-biogenesis- noogenesis-Christogenesis 中的第四個階段。其實,由於一切都藉著 基督而受造,Christogenesis 在宇宙未受造之前已開始,其演進直 到天主聖三向外活動在天堂 --- 宇宙最友善的地方 --- 完成為止。我 們知道,地獄是宇宙一切不能被消滅的邪氣及罪氣之永遠黑洞。 (3) The Fulfilment of the Most Holy Trinity ad extra Being the perfect evolutionary model of the cosmos as a spiritual- human-material energy nexus, the event of Christ is located at the 4th period of Teilhard’s evolutionary scheme, i.e., Cosmos=Cosmogenesis- biogenesis-noogenesis-Christogenesis. In fact, as all things are created through Him, Christogenesis began even before the creation of the universe. Its evolutionary fulfilment will cease when the fulfillment of the Most Holy Trinity ad extra is eschatologically attained in Heaven, the most friendly place in the whole universe. As we know, Hell is a cosmic black-hole for all indestructible diabolic and sinful energies.

10 類比上,新天新地 (默20:1-7)的 spiritual-human-material
energy nexus有如基督聖體的Divine-Human-Material Energy Nexus: (一) 兩者都沒有任何邪魔之氣及人之罪氣; (二) 兩者都充滿著身為聖三永恆非受造的光及其光芒四射的光; (三) 兩者都充滿著這無限、永恆、非受造的宇宙; (四) 兩者都是處於天主與人與地,即天人地親密結合的家庭狀態; 此外,藉著基督聖體,天主不單建立及基督化地上的聖教會,更一步 步催使她及整個宇宙(除地獄之外)成為新天新地,即宇宙天人地一家親密結 合的基督奧體。 Analogically, the spiritual-human-material energy nexus in the New Heaven and the New Earth (Rev 20:1-7) may be compared with the Divine-Human- Material Energy Nexus of the Holy Eucharist: (1) Both do not have any diabolic energy and human sinful energy; (2) Both are filled with God the Most Holy Uncreated Triadic Light and His transradiant Lights; (3) Both are carrying this infinite, eternal, Uncreated Universe; (4) Both manifest the incredible condition in which God, humanity and the universe as intimately united as one Family. Besides, through the Holy Eucharist, God intends to establish and Christify not only the Church on earth, but also the whole universe and every person in it (except for Hell) as the New Heaven and the New Earth, i.e., the cosmic familial or familized Mystical Body of Christ.

11 值得一提的是,transubstantiation (實體變換)是指麵餅和葡 萄酒經司祭祝聖後,「轉變」為耶穌的聖體聖血,只留下
餅酒的外形。同時,談到宇宙轉變為新天新地時最好用 transfiguration或transformation等措詞。前者 (transub- stantiation) 「轉變」餅酒為基督聖體,後者(transfiguration 或transformation)藉著Christogenesis「轉變」宇宙 (除地獄之 外)為「新天新地的天堂」,宇宙最友善的地方,即宇宙性 的基督奧體(Christ’s Cosmic Mystical Body)。 As a footnote, the term “transubstantiation” can only be used for the transformation of the bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Christ in the Holy Eucharist. On the other hand, it is better to use the term “transfiguration or transformation”, etc., for the cosmic evolutionary becoming of the present cosmos into the New Heaven and New Earth eschatologically. While the former turns the species into the Real Body of Christ, the latter through Christogenesis transforms the universe (besides Hell itself) into a perfectly friendly place, i.e., Heaven, the Cosmic Mystical Body of Christ.
