一. 关于目录

旧教材中由 8部分组成: Title,Topic, Functions, Structures, Target language, Vocabulary, Recycling和Learning strategies。 新教材中由 7 部分组成。没有Learning strategies部分。

二.关于题目Title

Starter三个单元的题目没有变化。 Unit 1 Good morning! Unit 2 What’s this in English? Unit 3 What color is it?

正式篇由12个单元减少到9个单元 旧 新 Unit 1 My name’s Gina. Unit 2 Is this your pencil? Unit 2 This is my sister. Unit 3 This is my sister. Unit 3 Is this your pencil? Unit 4 Where’s my backpack? Unit 4 Where’s my schoolbag? Unit 5 Do you have a soccer ball? Unit 6 Do you like bananas? Unit 7 How much are these pants? Unit 7 How much are these socks? Unit 8 When is your birthday? Unit 9 Do you want to go to a movie? Unit 9 My favorite subject is science. Unit 10 Can you play the guitar? Unit 11 What time do you go to school? Unit 12 My favorite subject is science.

变化一:少三个单元 U9 Do you want to go to a movie? U10 Can you play the guitar? U11 What time do you go to school? 减少三个单元后,七年级上册的单元总数从15个减到12个,并且这三个单元在旧教材中是重点也是难点,在新教材中被删除,降低了难度,大大减轻了教师与学生的负担。 变化二: 两个单元的题目中的单词发生变化 U4 Where’s my backpack? 改为:Where’s my schoolbag? U7 How much are these pants? 改为 How much are these socks?

变化三:旧教材U2与U3在新教材中调换位置 新教材中U1 My name is Gina.是学生们来到初中后第一次用英语向他人做自我介绍。 而U2This is my sister. 直接顺承第一单元的内容做完自我介绍继续向同伴介绍自己的家人,大家互相了解,彼此沟通熟悉。然后才学到U3 Is this your pencil?学生们互相询问物品的归属。这更符合情理和逻辑顺序。

三. 关于话题Topic

除减少三个单元的话题外,其他没有变化,依次为: Starter 1------ Meeting friends Starter 2------Things around you Starter 3------Colors Unit1 Making new friends Unit2 The family Unit3 Things in the classroom Unit4 Things around the house Unit5 Spending time with friends Unit6 Food Unit7 Shopping Unit8 Dates Unit9 School subjects 变化:缺少三个单元。 话题为Movies,Joining a club, Daily routines.

四. 关于功能 Functions

Starter 1----- Greet people. Starter 2----- Identify things ;Spell words. Starter 3----- Identify colors. Unit1 Introduce yourself; Greet people; Ask for or give telephone numbers. Unit2 Introduce people; Identify people. Unit3 Identify ownership. Unit4 Talk about where things are. Unit5 Talk about ownership. Unit6 Talk about likes and dislikes. Unit7 Ask about prices; Talk about clothing; Offer help; Thank someone. Unit8 Talk about dates. Unit9 Talk about preferences; Give reasons. 变化: U7增加Offer help; U5减少Make suggestions.

五. 关于结构Structures

1.U1 增加Yes/No questions and short answers. 2.U2 增加 Who questions和subject pronoun they. 去掉Yes/No questions and short answers. 3.U3 增加 Possessive pronouns mine, yours, his hers. 去掉this/that 和 what questions(文中出现一处 P16) 4.U4 增加 Conjunction and. 去掉they (yes/no这里删,但文里不删)

5.U5 增加 Affirmative and negative statements/ Conjunction but. 去掉Let’s… (Let’s 出现在语境中,例如P27) 6.U6 增加 Countable/Uncountable nouns.(旧教材 中单元中有) 7.U7 去掉this,that,these,those.(新教材内容 不变) 8.U9 增加When questions.

六 .关于Starter内容的变化

变化一:在26个字母的学习中增加“观察并按笔划抄写字母”。 26个字母的学习非常重要,是我们学习英语的基础。规范字母的笔划,培养学生养成良好的书写习惯,也是我们平时教学中需要重视的。 2a(听) 2b(听), 2C(写)

变化二:增加书写的内容 例1:Starter Unit 1 Good morning!中1a 旧教材中只要求听一听读一读,新教材中要求在听力之前写出图中人物的名字,并且要分类写出男孩和女孩的名字。 旧 新

例2: Starter Unit 3 旧教材只要求听一听,读一读26个字母,而新教材中让学生在自己非常熟 悉的键盘中找出字 母,并写出对应的 小写字母,了解 计算机的键盘上的 英文对学生打字也 是相当有帮助的, 相信比单纯的听一 听读一读有效的 多。 旧 新

例3:Starter Unit 3 中听力的设计,由易到难。 3b.再听完成句子。 3c.听录音,填表格。 Starter Unit 3学习分辨颜色,在旧教材中只有3a和3b两个部分,而新教材中增加了3c,不但要求写出物品的颜色,而且要求写出物品的名称,增加书写内容,同时也增加了难度。

变化三:删除听录音连字母等简单的活动。 例1:3a.听录音,将你听到的字母连线。 3b. 将大小写字母匹配。

例2:3a听录音,圈出听到的字母。 5听录音,将你听到的字母连线。

例3:给图画上色。 这些活动和游戏,有些过于简单,并且放在课本中有些突兀,上下活动有些不太衔接。删除之后,增加一些有效的活动,使上下衔接更加合理。

七 .关于正式篇单元的变化

Section A的变化 变化一:语言更加真实丰富。 例如:Unit 1 (Section A 1b) 旧 新 语境更完整,交流更自然,让学生始终在真实的语境中感知语言。

变化二:增加2d Role play 分角色表演对话。 例如:Unit 1 (Section A 2d) 对话的呈现让我们的教材变得更富有灵性,场景更加完整。学生在完成听力的输入后,整合后的文本材料直接映入眼帘,在学习并朗读之后分角色表演,加深了印象,非常符合语言的学习规律。

变化三:Grammar Focus的位置发生变化。 例如:Unit 2 Grammar Focus Grammar Focus的位置发生变化,承上启下,为之后的3a-3c的巩固练习做好充分的准备。

变化四:3a-3c 巩固练习部分的活动为: 补全对话、练习对话、选词造句、写问句或答语、调查等真实语境的活动。 增加书写内容

例如:U3 (Section A 3a-3c) 旧 新 新教材中,在经过Section A的第一课时的听说训练后,3a和3b要求补全问句和答语,虽然也是练习对话,但增加书写的内容,加深学生对新语言的印象,学生学得更为扎实。

Section B的变化 旧 新 1a Match. 1a Match. 1b Pair work. 1b Write the words or number. 2a Listen and circle. 1c Listen and circle. 2b Listen and fill in the chart. 1d Listen and fill in the chart. 2c Pair work. 1e Pair work. 3a Read the article and finish the tasks. 2a Match./Check./Write some words. 3b Complete another article. 2b Read the article and finish the tasks. 3c Write your own article. 2c Complete the conversation according to 2b. /Discuss the questions with the information in 2b. /Complete the chart according to 2b./Write down some items and sentences according to 2b. 4 Group work. 3a Complete the sentences. Section B的变化 变化一:题号整合为1a-1e,编排更加合理,符合思维习惯。 例如:U5 (Section B 1a-1d) 虽然题号只是由1a,1b,1c, 2a,2b,2c改为1a-1d,内容没有大的改变,但是感觉条理很清楚,思路也很清晰。

变化二:旧教材中3a的文章全部改为新的文章。 旧教材中3a,3b,3c,4改为2a-2c。 2a 读前活动;2b 阅读文章;2c 根据文章完成任务。 例1:U2 (Section B 2a-2c) 2a写出本单元出现的男女名;2b圈出文中的人名; 2c根据短文完成句子。 在旧教材中,此部分是读信,画出一家人。在新教材中,每一篇2b之前的读前活动2a设计的都很有实效性,让学生动脑,动笔,总结学过的知识,同时为2b做铺垫。

例2:Unit 4 (Section B 2a-2c) 2a写出图中你知道的物品的名称; 2b回答问题; 2c根据Kate和Gina拥有的物品填表格。 这样的设计是不是很有条理呢?

例3:Unit 6 (Section B 2a-2c) 2a你认为哪种食物健康? 2b阅读杂志,圈出食物名称; 2c写出五个句子,谈谈Cindy的饮食习惯。 设置的活动更加开放,更有实效。活动更加实用,有效。

内容为:选词填空,调查,写句子,写小短文。 例1:Unit5 (Section B 3a-3c) 变化三:增加3a-3b。 内容为:选词填空,调查,写句子,写小短文。 例1:Unit5 (Section B 3a-3c) 3a写出几个询问体育用品的问题; 3b与同伴交换课本,回答问题; 3c根据3a的信息,谈谈你和你的同伴,用上but。 这是一个简单的调查活动,调查结束后写出结果,重点突出,简单易操作。

例2 Unit6 (Section B 3a-3b) 3a完成调查表格; 3b写出你和同伴三餐的喜好。 根据调查结果写文章,让学生在用中学,学中用。

例3 Unit8 (Section B 3a-3b) 3a选词补全便条; 3b仿写便条。 便条是生活中使用比较多的一种应用文,由选词填空了解便条的写作形式和内容进而给朋友写一个便条,邀请对方参加某项活动。活动设计由易到难,所有学生都有文可仿,有话可写。

Self-check 的变化 旧 新 1. 在你认识的字母和单词前打勾 (∨). 1. 分类写下学过的单词。 例如:写出你知道的学习用 品;家具;文具;运动名称及你的看法;星期,学科及你的看法;用代词填表;用数词填表 2. 在你的笔记本上记下一些新单词. 2. 完成对话;看图写对话; 3.看图写对话写句子;根据句子内容画画;句子排序;读文章完成任务。

Self-check 的变化 变化一:版面缩小为半面。 变化二:内容精简实用。 新 旧

例1:Unit3 (Self-check) 总结学习用品的单词,完成代词的表格,看图写对话。在Self-check环节中渗透英语的学习方法。语法在不知不觉中渗透到学生的脑海。

例2: Unit5 (Self-check) 总结运动名称和可修饰的形容词,复习重点句型。

例3:Unit8 (Self-check) 总结基数词和序数词,表格简单实用。

例4: Unit9 (Self-check) 补充单词,把单词归类,是记忆单词的好方法。学会总结,学会归纳,事半功倍。

八 .关于教材书本后附加部分

变化一:增加 Notes on the Text 。主要包括内容:英美人的习惯用语,文化差异,同义词的辨析等等; 例1:

变化二:在pronunciation 部分增加26个英文字母的发音,英音和美音读音的简要对比,还有一个很重要的部分:增加分单元的语音练习listen and read。主要让学生跟读模仿单词的元音,辅音,重读和连读;

变化三:在Grammar 部分增加冠词的用法; 变化四:删除听力的录音原稿部分。

九.关于词汇Words and Expressions
