Other Words.. 那：In that case.. 去：to go.. 你不喜欢跳舞，那我们去看电影，好吗？ “请客”和“请” 请客 must not to be followed by any object. 我请你（I treat you) *我请客你 

D2 New Words 好久不见，你怎么样？ 不错 means…(on a scale of 1-10) 6? 7? 8? 9? 只 6? 7? 8? 9? 只 我只有两张照片。 小高只喜欢看外国电影。 妹妹只认识一个男孩子。

D2 New Words 找：to look for. But when followed by someone, it also means to pay a visit to sb., or to hung out with sb. A: 明天你做什么？ B: 我去找小王。 算了：not necessarily negative. It can be “never mind” more than “forget it” 别：other classmate? Other movies? 别的同学， 别的朋友，别的电影，etc

“意思”，和 “有意思” They are two separate words! “有意思”means “ interesting”, “fun to do” 什么意思？(very functional phrase) “算了” 是什么意思？“请客”呢？

想， 觉得 和 喜欢 I’d like to watch TV tonight. 今天晚上我想看电视。 “想” + Verb. It is usually associated with a particular time, while “喜欢” describes soemthing continuing and habitual. I don’t like watching TV. 我不喜欢看电视。 I think watching TV is not interesting. 我觉得看电视没有意思。 “觉得” gives out opinions and judgments.

D2 Listening Comprehension What does Wang Peng want to do this weekend? Does Little Zhang like watching movies? Do you think Little Zhang would be interested in dancing this weekend? Why or why not? What’s your plan this weekend? Do you want to play ball with Wang Peng? Why or why not?

Grammar: Practice 想， 觉得 和 喜欢 I think Little Gao likes Miss Bai. 我觉得小高喜欢白小姐。 Wang Peng would like to play ball tomorrow. 王朋明天想打球。 I don’t think Teacher Zhang is very busy tomorrow. 我不觉得张老师明天很忙 We all like foreign movies. 我们都喜欢外国电影。

One more word about “那” “那” is highly contextual. It has to be applied on a previously mentioned situation. It is not the same as “then”, as in the following example: I finished homework, then went to bed.
