漢語拼音設定及輸入

Click on Start button from your tool bar Click on Control Panel to open Control Panel window

Control Panel Double click on the Regional and Language Options from Control Panel to setup your Input Method Environment (IME)

Install East Asian Files Select Language tab Make sure “Install Files for East Asian Languages” option is checked The option will be grayed out if it is installed Check the option If it is unchecked, check it and click on OK button to install it. The system requires reboot after installation is completed Click on OK to reboot the system when the system prompt the question and repeat the previous steps to return to this step

Input Method Selection Click on the Details.. button from the “Regional and Language options” dialog box to call out “Text Services and Input Languages” dialog box

What they are for? Default input method Add… Language Bar Key Setting To select the default language input method to entire Windows environment Add… To add different IME into your Windows environment, ex. Simplified Chinese, Japanese and T-Chinese…etc. Language Bar Setting up the Language Bar properties Key Setting Select the shortcut key for switching different IME

Select Chinese (Taiwan) from Input Language drop down list Click on Add… from Text Services and Language Input dialog box to open Add Input Language dialog box Select Chinese (Taiwan) from Input Language drop down list Check Keyboard Layout/IME and select Chinese (Traditional) – Phonetic from its list Phonetic option allows us to use 通用拼音, 漢語拼音, 注音符號 IME You may choice other IME if you prefer Click OK to apply your setting

Change the keyboard layout Now, you should see the Chinese (Taiwan) in your Installed Services list Click on the Chinese (Traditional) – New Phonetic to enable its Properties button and click on it Select Hanyupinyin from Keyboard Mapping option Click OK for both Properties and Text services and Input Languages dialog box to close them
